“I have ordered from Arena 3 or 4 times and every time they were delivered with no problems even if it was to a workplace. I intend to use them everytime when I need to send a gift.”
“Used many times without any issues. This time flowers were delivered and left unfound in a porch the next day after searching for them. No email of conformation of delivery. Tracker said delivered but not when and where . No card left to say flowers had been delivered. Staff very unhelpful on phone , no compensation was offered or received. Will not now use again .”

She was out on your first attempt at delivery and they went back to the depot, according to your note - but were obviously not given water there. Will not be using your company again as when they were delivered the following day they were in a poor condition. She had just given birth to our first grandchild and it was a happy occasion. We live in France and obviously had to use an online site to send her flowers.”

“I was very pleased to start with when I found the webiste through a random flower shop search. The site was very easy to understand and informative. I didn't have to 'look' very far for information on delivery, prices etc. and the description of the flowers was as the flowers delivered. The delivery was on the day I requested and the 80 year old lady in question (my auntie) was very pleasantly surprised. It made her day, and mine that it made her happy, the delivery driver even apologised for being slightly late, although he was within the time stated. I even received an email informing me that the flowers were on their way with an estimated time of delivery.
