“The changes in strategy and club choice based on the data gathered over years using Arccos has been invaluable. My index is down from 18 to 10. I give half of that to Arccos and half to good practice. Arccos has also helped me understand where I lose strokes and where I need to focus my practice.”

“The concept is great but the performance of the equipment is not what I had hoped for. Link misses to many shots, I have never been able to get Apple watch to sync with Caddie even with the help of your service department. Your service department is very helpful and patient!! Still, the equipment is of questionable value to me.”

“When I can get it on the correct course, it works great. But I've been to several 27 and 36 holes course where it automatically picks one 18. If it picks the wrong one or the back nine is wrong, I am unable to correct it. I've tried closing and opening the app again, no change. So I have to close the app and play the round without Arccos. Very frustrating!!”

“Pros: The app has really changed my game. It has subtly identified specific areas I need to work and has helped me to practice more efficiently. The GPS function works really well and the caddy function is great. Statistically it tells me the best possible club to use in that situation really eliminating my second guessing. Cons: The auto tracking for putting can be frustrating. It will regularly add putts that weren't there and unless I'm constantly checking the app I won't know it until the end of the round. I use the SmartLink so I don't have to carry my phone with me. Would be nice if I could just push the button on the SmartLink one time which would indicate a putt at that point.”

“Tracks every shot pretty well. Have a little trouble with putts. The caddie recommendations do not seem to take into account that you sometimes hit punch shots or pitch shots with them, so it doesn’t really provide true club distances to you. Also, the app, when in use, is a huge drain on your phone battery, despite taking all of the measures Arccos says to take to reduce battery usage. I can get through 18 holes provided I start with a full charge, but cannot do anything else like take phone calls or answer texts. I haven’t tried, but I am certain my phone wouldn’t make it through 36 holes.”

“Caddie does lose shots from time to time. Battery life is suspect. I check on my phone every hole to ensure that caddie has recorded my score. It's a good start but not at the level I expected.”

“The idea of the ARCCOS system is good. Register your shots without any intervention. I have opted for the LINK module in addition, because with the phone, some shots get lost, especially, when it is windy. Some AI might be helpful to filter the wind noise out. Missing is to my opinion is also a more intuitive feedback concerning the shot registration and also a possibility to add manually shots and the used drivers on your smart watch.”

“i got it with my Ping G710 and bought the link which is so poorly designed i lodt it on first hole i played! Fell off my belt where they said to put it! 130. down drain! Had hard time syncing and wont ever use the system again. Sorry.. useless system to me”

“I would like to be able to slice and dice my data on my own. i.e. on the desktop version I can see ball dispersion and look at left/right etc. tendencies by yardage or club. With the new beta site and app, I lose that data. The strokes gained info is great, but I need to be able to get into the guts and look for ways to improve rather than "improve accuracy from 125-150" the way I do that is to look at miss tendencies and I need the ball data for that.”

“Sorry but I have paired the clubs twice and the program just doesn’t work. Last week it didn’t even download the golf course. I think I would need to get my money back.”

“My subscription has not expired but I cannot pair my clubs. No phone number to contact you. I set up a time to someone to call me and never called. Money down the drain. Don’t recommend this to anyone.”
