“Having played 10 rounds I’m starting to see the benefits of this I do have to check at the end of each hole if my shots have been tracked and also when I pick my ball up with my putter it adds an extra putt every time. But in general I’m really happy with this especially when playing different courses”

“I am very disappointed with the link software. The software has missed a lot of shots and sometimes entire holes. I bought new sensors thinking that was the issue but the link is still missing shots. I am considering replacing this with another system.”

“Love the idea and concept. Have the link also but still misses shots. Sensors on butt end of club need some sort of bumper or buffer at the end to help with shock going into bag or something as I feel that’s th3 sensor biggest downfall and failure rate. Now...that being said I don’t think there is a better tracking system out there, and as of this writing have 2.4K shots and 33 rounds so I’ll keep using and hoping for upgrades on sensors.”

“Very disappointed to learn after buying a screw in sensor to try it out to see if I wanted to make the bigger investment of buying the package and maybe the reader to learn it doesn’t work for just one. Guys/Gals you need to figure it out for potential customers. Golfers want to try something before committing a few hundred dollars to a new gadget to improve their golfing. Need to come up with a system or software modification that allows a single sensor to work for a week or so to prove out your product.”

“App needs work. Drains battery so much plus would be nice if there was more of an option if playing stabelford eg NR score. Also putter sensor doesnt always pick up puts.”

“First I had issues with application draining whole battery before even finish 9 holes. Reported this to support team and they start claiming that as my phone battery issue even I clearly mentioned them my phone is almost new. Then they start asking me to disable all other apps and services in phone before starting the round. Even doing that doesn't help at all. Then i have start monitoring battery usage and found that Arccos application take 98% if the fully charge battery in less than 9 holes and all other applications which Arccos team blame on take only 2% battery during that time. Only after my proof they accept application has some issues. So even they knew that application has issues they knowingly misleads and given false information to me trying to blame on phone and other apps. Then they asked me to purchase Arccos link which cost me additional 180$ to as a solution to there own application issue. (not a good way to get more profit ha). Then that link item took another 6 months to come So for 8 months i was not able to use it at all. Even its there own app issue and then link item out of stock (which i was forced to pay), they didn't give any extension for first year subscription. Reality for this simple sensor, i end up paying 500$ for 4 moths of shot tracking... Haa haa haa what a rip off. Now I'm trap into there unreasonable subscription. If I'm to use any shot tracking i have to pay 99$ every year. What a rip off again. Seriously for just shot tracking that expensive. There are so many cheaper better options there in market for shot tracking. This is one of the useless expensive item i bought. Not recommending anybody. Nor recommending anybody to use this as a gift as you will put don't body into trouble as they have to pay subscription every year for such a simple feature.”
