“It does what it is supposed to do. One complaint is that, I don't mind having to buy Super Stroke adapter, but both the standard putter and Super Stroke should be set up to accept the same sensor in stead of having to purchase a extra sensor.”

“This app is almost awesome and has so much potential. The app interface and the information collected is stellar. The only issue is the quality of sensors and the steep price. I didn't want to buy the link because of the price but my phone would only capture about 1/3 if my shots. I finally gave in and bought the link and lost it the first round. Before it was lost it only captured about 75% of the shots. The sensors need updating. My recommendation is instead of sensors have a button for each club so before I hit the ball I just press the button on the club. I bet that would get to 100% and fix all the issues. Until then i will probably cancel my subscription next year.”

“I have really enjoyed implementing Arccos Caddies into my rounds. The analytics have profoundly opened my eyes into the opportunities where I can improve my game. The only inconsistency is in using the Arccos Caddie Link as it often can not find enough gps to power itself for a round so I end up using my phone instead. Beyond that the system is fantastic and I will be a continued subscriber for years to come.”

“I received my Arccos sensors for Christmas 2020 and was really excited to get started with them. As a former golfer who took a 17yr hiatus from golf I was looking forward to better analyzing my progress and primarily to figuring out my club distances. Up until a week or two ago I couldn’t have been happier with the Arccos system. It was very reliable and provided all the detail I could ask for. Unfortunately two weeks ago on a 5 day golf trip the Arccos sensors started missing strokes. I decided to not use the system for the final 3 rounds of my trip and when I returned home I attempted to use it for a round on my home course. Again, it seemed like every other stroke was missed. I decided to run the diagnostic program in the app to check the sensors, low and behold 7 of the 11 sensors were not working. I say 11 because my 2 Ping clubs have sensors built into the grips and my putter has a Superstroke grip with the Superstroke Arccos sensor. 4 months of golf and 7 sensors failed already. My confidence is low on the durability aspect of this product, however, my confidence is extremely high on the functionality and usefulness of this product.”

“I’d love to see a “game modes” option so I could utilize my arccos while in a scramble or playing alternate shot. I’m not smart enough to figure that out, but I know you are.”

“Bought the very first model, and my handicap dropped from an 11 to in the six range. I then purchased the second model, and the putter grip. The caddy has been great and using historical data per course has kept scores low.”

“I thought I would had and looked forward to the data that it would had given me to help improve my game, but I went to use it last weekend at the golf course last weekend and somewhere on the course it must had slipped off my belt somewhere and as of today it still hasn't been found or handed into the proshop of the golf course. I would suggest a better belt clip maybe instead of a clipon”

“My arccos worked very well for approximately 6 rounds, now it skips entire holes and hasnt really ever tracked my putts well. I'm quite disappointed”

“Overall, I like it a lot. However, there have been instances when it stopped working or failed to start. This became so frustrating that I stopped using it altogether. I just purchased a new set of irons and will try again.”

“incredible systems. i can't imagine golf without it. love reviewing rounds, club distances, etc. i use it more for stats and improving my game than a caddy, but both sometimes. Love this system - keeps getting better and more accurate year over year (with same equipment). i am on year 3”

“This is my second review because I had to buy another set of grips after buying the sensors. I bought the jumbo max grips for embedded sensors and didn't like them. So, I contacted support after buying the sensors and they told me they don't sell grips separate from the embedded sensors. So I bought a $200 set of grips that had sensors in them. I'm $400 in sensors and grips. I then spent $60 on a new putter grip and sensor. It fell apart and I'm told they were sending a new one but nothing yet. I was told if I had original packaging I could get a refund, but I don't. I generally don't keep trash around. I had no plans of returning them. So I have a handful of wasted sensors. On top of that I bought the link for another $130. I have had no discount for being a member or anything like that. So can someone contact me to refund some money back? Over $500 to use this with a $120 a year fee seems like I made a mistake. As for the actual product. I love using it. It seems accurate. I love data. It's close to my laser range finder when I compare on course.”

“At the present I am between three and four stars. I am still having issues with the application more often adding strokes and sometimes missing ones. Also having difficulty when I play 9-holes on those evenings after work getting the application to terminate. I was delighted when I could finally choose the forward tees on my Home Course, so that is an improvement Hopefully as I work with the application my experience will improve. Someday, it would be a true improvement if I didn't have to start the application on my phone in addition to using the link.”
