“Shot detection is this products biggest issue, especially around the greens and on the green. I purchased the Link and it rarely recognizes shots - my phone works better (recognizing 3/4 of shots) but still not great. I hope I can receive a new Link to improve the effectiveness - I have sent an email but still waiting for a response for +2 days. The GPS on the link also struggles to connect, I’ve played 3 rounds with it and only once did it connect to GPS. All my similar products have no issue connecting to GPS on this course. I love the data and insight when it does work, there is nothing like it in the market. It would also be good to have a “preview course” mode to allow one to flick through holes and begin a game plan prior to starting round, you could then track actual shots vs this plan.”

“Do not bother. I have yet to manage to complete a full round without the battery failing. I have a 2 year old Samsung s10, so not an old phone, and have followed all the changes Arccos recommend but still useless. Last round it lasted to the 14th hole before dying. Luckily I captured my score on a card aswell. When comparing my scores the app had missed 7 shots including one hole showing I drove a par 4 green at 345 yards... Arccos response is that I buy the Arccos Link at £130 to resolve it. Now I find they have taken another £70 after I have cancelled so have to deal with them again to get this back. Avoid at all costs a joke of a company”

“Misses some shots but I'm a high handicap golfer and duff allsorts. Mates works great as he is a decent golfer. I expect better results with better scores. The distance and smart distance is great for me though. All I need to do is check it on the next tee box and edit it any shots anyway. Definitely worth its money.”

“Had to send in for new sensor and the caddie link I bought has very short battery life. Not sure it is worth all the hassle for the readings I was already getting from another app and the suggestions are remedial.”

“Arccos Caddy has been a great help to me and my coach because of the wealth of data it provides. At a high level is shows Strokes Gained vs. a scratch golfer. This indicates which phase of my game (putting, short game, ball striking, or driving) could benefit most from training and practice. It also gives us a shot by shot review of any round so that my coach can stop and ask me what happened, which can lead to more training. The club distances that Arccos Caddy tracks give me more confidence on club selection, as does the AI recommendation on what club to use. I used to track some statistics with other tools, but they were too time consuming. Arccos Caddy's quick data entry and detailed analysis blows away my previous tools and methods. If you want to get better, Arccos Caddy is for you (and your coach).”

“The easiest GPS, ever used. Tried them all, sky golf, garmin, V2. GPS is always spot on, works all the time and finding target distances is so simple. Strokes gained has been a huge help along with club gapping. Arccos is going point me in the right direction to help me beat my low score this summer (68)!! I’m jacked!!”
