“Hello, I used Game Golf Live for many years, then they discontinued support so I bought the Arrcos and the Link device. I am very disappointed. The app continues not to find courses even after I have played them. The sensors dont pick up all shots, especially the putter. And I payed $300 for all this. After my last round on 5/14/21 I am taking the sensors off my clubs and putting them away. What I loved about the Game Golf was the proximity sensors on the clubs and the tagging. Since they sensors were static, they never went bad.”

“Most of the shots are correctly captured, no need to think of it. Relevant insights. Issues: Pairing is very complicated and I'd love to start my round without my phone.”

“The requiring 8 clubs and a putter is absolute bologna. Cobra sells sets of 7 clubs with the sensor built in and you can't even use the trial because it requires a minimum of 8 clubs and a putter with a sensor. "Somehow" that is the right number of sensors required for shot detection to be enabled in the app. Nice racket. Not buying it.”

“This is a wonderful app and well worth the value for what you get. Actual aerial satellite views of the course you're playing. Nearly flawless tracking of shots and stats and focused training tips to improve your game. The challenges to improve (due to the detail that would need to be involved with the GPS) is a more detail of shots on the putting surface. Also, perhaps a practice range section on the app. It could track your warm up routine, zone shots and notification when you've hit the zone consistently and are warmed up and course ready.”

“1. The sensor is unstable, too many malfunction rate, service is fine, replace the malfunction sensors for me 2. The App is acceptable, though sometimes unable to shift to the next hole automatically”

“AFTER SOME 5 WEEKS I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. ARCOSS CANNOT EXPLAIN JUST WHERE THE PARCEL IS. I BELIEVE ARCOSS IS A SCAM COMPANY ASKING YOU TO PAY AND NOTHING TURNS UP. SCAM”

“Great app with lots of data to analize after rounds shot detection could be slightly better although does catch 95% of shots. only down side is that I've had to replace my putter sensor twice in 12 months.”

“Love Arcos. I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because I'm finding the need to replace many sensors after around 40 rounds / 6 months. It also a has some trouble detecting putting strokes which totally makes sense when you think about it. But enough complaining. The tech works. It reliably records shots and distance as advertised. It is very fun to review rounds and keep track if personal bests, etc. The caddie feature and other tips are also helpful but I find simply knowing shots are getting tracked to be the most motivating factor with improving my game. I don’t give up on holes anymore. I've always known driving was a weakness in my game but looking at the numbers after every round really motivated me to figure out how to improve.”
