I am sure it will be great once I get the chance to use it. Unfortunately the golf courses here in Ontario Canada have been closed by COVID shutdown orders. Opening tomorrow so hopefully I can find my way to the range as I am just returning to golf after more than 10 years away. Looking forward to it!

Arccos reacted extremely positive and flexible to resolve an issue concerning a shipment of 2 single sensors from UK to Germany (D/EU). 1st Issue: DPD returned shipment w/o comment. Resolution: Same day shipment with FedEx 2nd issue: FedEx D needed a proof of payment and delivered the shipment immediately thereafter. A couple of weeks later I received a FedEx invoice for customs and customs clearance of >20€ while the Sensors including shipment were >30€. Resolution: Immediate (within a couple of minutes) refund of the original invoice of Arcoss. My contact was Alex Higgs and I always very much appreciated his support to re-ship and refund a couple of weeks later. This was a very positive experience. However, Arccos should find a resolution how to deal with shipments from the UK into EU countries after Brexit. The administrative work is for me as a customer not acceptable and perceives even a challenge for Arccos.

I have been using Arccos Golf since version one. The product continuously improved and so has my golf game. I used Arccos Caddie‘s insight to particularly work on my short game. My HCPI has come down by 5 within two years. I am now trying to get my approach game in shape. I really like the product and can recommend the company‘s service too. Technical support and help with missing courses has always been spot on. I recommend the tool.

Fantastic amount of data to analyze. Love the Caddie Link. I don't have to worry about tracking shots, I can just focus on my game!!!

Arccos Golf is a good product. That said, there are things that could be improved. Shot tracking is better with the Track Link device, but it still misses some shots. The phone alone was very unreliable. Also, I hate the fact that Arccos requires location services to be on all the time, even when not using the app. I don't know why this is. It's a terrible feature of the product.

Too hard to use. Won’t pick Up all Shots. Picks up practice or drops of club etc. other apps easier to use. Also asked for proper putter attachment and one doesn’t exist for my super stroke grip

Things haven't gone well. I had to start my trial period with you. Then I found out the putter sensor doesn't fit. So I bought one for $20 that supposedly fit my putters grip. It didn't. So I wrote to ask about the issue. I was told basically to duct tape it to my putter or stick it in my pocket and add putts manually. I can't decide if I should throw the entire system in the trash or buy a new putter grip, but there is no way I am duct taping anything to my clubs. So I am about a month into my trial period, and not a single round complete.

After playing about six rounds of the past two months I will say it is a mixed bag. The first couple of rounds worked very well. It detected almost all of my shots. However, in the last two rounds arcos stopped collecting any shot data part way through the round. It is very frustrating and I don't know what happened or how to fix it This has a lot of potential and I love the idea, but the hardware and/or software need more work

When it works properly it's a 5 star product, when it doesn't it's a 0. Only works about 50% of the time, so I give it 3 holes and if it isn't picking up shots then I turn it off and try again next time.

Not worth the headache. I have been Arccos free now for 3 weeks. I had a sensor for 5 months. I live in the mid-west and got my putter sensor in October. Played 3 rounds then started in April. Sensor did not work. Ordered another one. Spent another 30 dollars. Why? Customer service was nice enough to pick up the shipping. Again I am Arccos free and will not be back. Also it is great to not play with my phone in my pocket. Laser all day! Good by arccos

I have owned the Arccos Caddie Link and the new generation club sensors for about a month. I have tried to play golf with them 9 times. I have only been able to get the App to open on 6 of those rounds, the other 3 rounds the Arccos logo just keeps going in and out trying to connect. On those 6 rounds that the App actually opened, I have only been able to get the Caddie Link to connect to the App twice. The times that it has actually all opened and connected, they have been great. However, I would say that we play a limited amount of rounds per year and to have invested over $300 into the equipment, it needs to work every single time. It is extremely frustrating and annoying. I am only glad that I am not having to pay the $99 for access to the app that only works when it wants to. If we fast forward this to next year, I would be even more frustrated and angry.

Love the concept. Had some challenges linking sensors to clubs. Customer support helped get the problem resolved. Definitely have some things to improve in the app but very happy with the purchase so far. I have access to data I never thought I'd have access to regarding my golf game.

There couldn't be a worse product on the market. If it picks up 75% of your shots be happy. The average on clubs is a joke! It says my 7i is 147. My average using a device that works,a range finder,said my average is 177, much closer to what I expected since I got a 7i into a 190 par 3 with a slight down slope 4 times a week. GARBAGE

So far lots of missed by Arcoss Golf during my rounds... For some reason after making the turn it seems to loose track. I use the clip (Arccos Caddie Link) and keep it on my belt/hip - left side. I am giving it a couple of more tries this weekend but I am not very happy, yet.

Hey Arccos team I’ve been using the full 14 sensors since October 2020. Screw in type. I found out about the sensors online. Very happy with them and the application. Only had one sensor ‘die’ on me which was replaced free of charge and on time. I’ve played 20 rounds now. I use with iPhone XS and carry phone in pocket.
