“This is the second time I have tried to use your system. It just doesn’t work. I’m am extremely knowledgeable with tech and I spend more time on the course trying to get the sensors to work correctly and they don’t. I want to send everything back!”

“The sensors came with the clubs I bought. You say you’ll sent extra for the wedges but I’ve been waiting over a month. Got a sensor for my putter off Amazon but the app is way off because I don’t have sensors on my wedges. So all the data on the app is useless. So far not happy and for the price I’d expect way better.”

“So far I've been really impressed. They still miss a few shots per round, but nothing excessive. It's really eye opening to see how far I hit the ball. Or how far I don't hit it. But being a very inconsistent ball striker, I really like the way it is x ing out the really bad hits, and giving good advice on what to hit. As I improve I believe Arccos will too. Great product so far.”

“I have been using Arccos since last summer. I've tried using my phone, Apple watch and the caddie link (until it fell off during a round, never to be seen again) and spent about $100 on extra sensors for lost clubs, new clubs, etc. All told I've spent nearly $500 on this system and have never had a single round where I haven't had to re-construct at least 1/4 of my round. I've also had about a dozen rounds where the shot-tracking was so bad that I've just deleted them. In my experience it starts out strong and then just starts missing shot and holes about 1/3 of the way in. It wasn't much better with Caddie Link and even with my watch at 100% if the round is longer than 3 1/2 hours the watch will die and, provided I notice it, I'll need to switch back to my phone. I wish I had known how unreliable this was before I got them and now I'm stuck with this system. Hoping some updates will help, but it is seems unlikely.”

“I have been using it for several years now and find it a brilliant product. Recently a few of my sensors stopped working which is understandable. However some four weeks ago I have ordered replacements but no sight of them yet and no tracking advice. I am in contact with Arccos on this issue. Still very disappointing.”

“It’s a good idea that doesn’t really deliver. Most of the time I go with my feel rather than arccos and it’s almost always better. Too many missed shots or errors mean too much time spent editing, I’d love it to work properly but it doesn’t.”

“I have been using Arccos for over a year and I enjoy the system, but also have reservations about it. My main concern is the overall missed shots that I get after every round. Originally I used the Phone in the pocket and then upgraded to the Link and still get missed shots on every round. I am also extremely careful of not covering up the microphone on the Link. Putting is also a challenge as the sensors do not record the short tap in putts. Also I have noticed that if I carry multiple wedges to play a shot the sensors often record both wedges as shots. I have to edit post round shot selection to get a true representation of the round which is a bit tiresome and frustrating considering the cost of the equipment. I am not sure about renewing my membership again if the data of the system cannot be recorded accurately. It is a great system, but only if it is accurate on every shot. The system needs improvement in my opinion.”
