“Arccos technology is super helpful, insightful, reliable and easy to use. I highly recommend Arccos to my friends as it has helped me focus my practice on areas that have the most impact on my game. I also love that I can use the data to focus new equipment purchases more effectively as well as to measure the impact of adding new equipment on my game (which helps me justify investments in new technology). I would like to get updates on the software updates reported in January as these seem to be very slow to make it to the production application (e.g., enhanced putting data/capturing the location of and distance for all putting strokes)--or I can't seem to find/use these new functions effectively. The location/precision of the first putting location as well as the flag location (using the Caddie sensor button) also needs to be improved.”

“overall this is a great system, and great stats. after playing over 20 rounds only 2 issues have cropped up... 1) using the phone to recognize when a swing was made is hit and miss. this issue has been addressed with the link device. 2) the putting recognition still struggles, even with the link device. I've tried to hold position longer on the putts, but to no avail. while the second issue is persistent, it pales in comparison to the benefit of the great statistical breakdown you get from using Arccos. Great for determining where to focus to get lower scores.”

“So far so good. - have been using for almost 4 weeks now and have unlocked full features now that i have recorded 90 holes of use. Preview and caddie insights seem to be very useful and i am looking forward to improving my scoring by following the advice that is in the App. Some small course mapping issues and some missed strokes during play which are easily corrected in the app or in the Dashboard afterwards.”

“Could not get the shots to be picked up. Randomly picked up a few shots. Tried to make some adjustments to the way the equipment was attached to me. Nothing helped. I simply don't want to spend any more time and effort trying to get it to work.”

“This product does not do all that it’s advertised to do! I have not played one round that I did not have a technical problem! Shots missed almost every hole. And putts never get tracked.”

“not really all that accurrate - misses quite a few shots - and i wear the sensor on my left hip where i am supposed to. has not really given me much more info that i dont already know.”

“Very disappointed about how this product doesn’t link up. The idea is great however speeding up the game is more important. Using this does not in my opinion. I’d love a refund if I could.”

“Here’s my issue, and I will update my review later. I got fitted for a ping G425 and it came with the sensor in the grip. Arccos then tells me I have to have every club with the sensor for it to work. What’s nice is that they will send me the sensors for free and I get a 90 day free trial. Unfortunately, my trial started, per arccos, on the day I registered for the promo. I have no idea how long it will take to actually get the free sensors, but my 90 day trial is already running and arccos says I can’t use the app and driver sensor without the rest of them. So I now have a running clock without even being able to use the system. This is poor customer service out of the gate.”

“The principle of how and what this system does deserves 5 Star, but I’m still having to edit out false strokes. I’m getting occasional added strokes traveling between the last green and the next Tee box”

“I have not yet used my arccos as all my equipment has not yet been built and delivered as Ping is the maker I’m getting smart grips on all my clubs. Plus I purchased the caddie link. Once I have my equipment I’d be happy to relay my experience. I do have a buddy who purchased the sensor and three holes in the round he lost connection and had to restart the system. However the rest of the round for him went very well.”

“works great with my Apple phone. Having major issues with my Android which made me need my apple phone. Other than that, awesome system and i have already dropped my handicap 2 strokes. (Sp Far)”

“Please dfo not waste your money, I have no idea who is writing these refviews, Number 1. KEEP your phone in your pocket, or it wont record.. not my words arccos, You put your mobile phone in your pocket to play golf????????, Number 2. OK buy the Link, £100 this only works if the bottom and top have clear sight of day light, so dont wear a jumper, coat, wet weather gear, or it doesnt record, and you will have to be very clever with the ataching, I have created a twisted elastic band, that slides throygh a belt loop, otherwise the Link falls off and you lose it. Yes the stats are good, but the recording is a complete joke, thank oyu for the extra tops for other clubs, but hey fall off all the time. And to boot, they want to charge a shed full of money in subscriptions. Game Golf live does not have the stats, but at least you wont lose it and it will record. Sorry this product sounds good, but hte reality is I am afraid, it is not fit for purpose.”

“Playing a round using the service is great but my first round never updated my stats. Customer service told me to resend it to server and the round disappeared, so not a great experience after the round.”

“Great product and great customer service. It would have been nice to know that I needed a special adapter for my superstroke putter, but it came in this week, I’ll buy the wrench to attach it and hopefully have it up and running by this week.”

“Only had these for a month but I purchased the link which is much better than the phone in the pocket. Very happy with the performance. I think once I have done my 5 rounds it will help me reduce my handicap”

“I use an iPad on the course and the Link pocket receiver. After a round, when reviewing, it would be nice if the app screen could rotate to landscape orientation. Also, I keep a spreadsheet of all of my rounds by course. Other apps allow for a copy and paste of the round’s scores to the spreadsheet. This does not appear to be an option with Caddie. Regarding the sensors, undetected shots seem to occur most frequently with sand and putting. Otherwise, the sensors work great.”
