The sytem missed about 30% of my strokes so ended up returning the system. Some of the the sensors would never pair.

It sounds like you may have had some faulty sensors which we would have replaced for you as they are guaranteed for 2 years. I really like the system, however I would appreciate it more if the putting system would be a little bit more accurate because it often misses strokes and I would also like if the tags had some sort of way of confirming with the belt device on strokes because sometimes I will hit the ball and it will not register.

I had placed a two star rating because my sensors acted up and frustration set in. Befor you panic go to the Arccos Web Site, you can schedule a live call easy. Arccos quickly sent me two new sensors and I’m back to loving the sensors. The system is amazing. A rip to all don’t leave the clubs out at Home, a putter for example, you will burn out the batterie as they are on a light sensor. Hope this helps.

Die prinzipielle Funktionsweise finde ich gut. Vor allem die Tatsache, dass ich während des Spiels nicht eingreifen muss ist ein entscheidender Vorteil. Schwierigkeiten mach immer wieder die Synchronisation mit der Apple Watch beim Start. Entweder sie dauert viel zu lange, so dass ich dann schon unterwegs bin, oder sie klappt überhaupt nicht. Seit den letzten App-Updates, hängt sich die App beim Suchen/Anzeigen/Auswählen des Platzes immer wieder auf. Schade.

Not sure about all the negative reviews. I ordered the full system, recieved in less than 4 days. I use the link everyday with no issues. When I pull out a club, i double check that they aren't loose which they have not been. I take practice swings before every hole. Arccos only tracks shot when you hit the ball, not on practice swings like some people say. The only time Arccos misses a shot is on a whisper soft 56* or 60* bump. Easy fix. The putter will miss a few strokes on 1-2' putts. After putting each hole, I check the app while walking to the next hole. Adjust the flag and putt distance if needed. The dashboard has been great! It clearly states more info than one needs as an amatuer golfer but that is why we all buy the system. I am clearly an awful putter, lol. In the end, I love Arccos and wish I would have bought it sooner. I paid full price for the system.. Thank you Arccos!! Jeff, Franklin TN

Started out amazing, then two months in a couple of sensors started acting up and finally stopped working. The putter sensor and the pitching wedge. If your putter sensor dies you cannot start a round. It been three weeks and still no response from customer service. Ghosts. When you call the number you cannot leave a message because it’s full. If your trying to play better this is not the answer, frustration will ensue and then your done with Arccos. $279.00 is not allot of money but I only like to get burned once.

From our understanding, you have now been able to get in touch with our team so we hope this has now all be sorted? The Arccos system for me has been a disappointing experience. 1) I've had the club sensors for a year, but have not been able to fully utilize the dashboard for analysis as the website did not work as advertised. 2) I paid INADVANCED for the new Link and had to wait 6-8 months before I received it. I've attempted to use it twice and both times it did NOT identify the club or shot 8-10 times during my 18 hole rounds. DO NOT BY THE LINK!!! 3) Like many golfers, I like to stream music while I play golf. Arccos system does NOT allow you to do this unless you also buy the LINK to connect and track your shots. Since the LINK does not work... I'm back to using my phone to connect with the Arccos sensors and going without playing music. I'm frustrated and disappointed this product did not live up to their stated ideals.

Had issues with delivery but was sent a £12 refund as an apology. Product still hasn't arrived yet but Nice touch to ease the blow. Good to see there is good support before I've even got the product.

Lose all sensors batterie in 6 months ! I baught the Link sensor for a better experience but it's not usefull Bad product !

Purchased a bundle which was on Sale (14 sensors plus a hat and towel). It was supposed to be $179 for the bundle. I received the sensors but no hat or towel. When I called I was told that I didn’t check the right box and that I would have been charged for the hat or towel which makes no sense since this was the Sale’s deal. Ripped off by Arccos recommend you don’t buy the sensor or anything from them, their customer service is awful.

The bundle product page was designed as a 'build your own' with the optionality to select whether you would like to add a hat (if so which color), and whether you would like to add a towel. Fantastic from start to finish, blows all the competition completely away, its helped me understand my game more than I ever could of my own, strokes gained is a game changer, it's probably helped me save at least 4-5 shots in the last year through being able to see which way I've missed greens, missed fairways, golf isn't about hitting your best shot, it's about limiting your worst shots to be better, arccos allows me to do that and then take the information to a fitting and see if there are certain clubs that need flattening or adjusted upright to help my game, the world is your oyster when it comes to arccos it just depends how much you want to deep dive into your game, every golfer should be using arccos in my personal opinion

I think it’s great value for money if your playing once a month, I play 1-2 times a week and have came down from 9 to 1 .. there’s no better knowledge then knowing yourself and arccos delivers that and tells u what all the elements are doing would highly recommend

Arccos is amazing. I have had it since nearly the beginning of the 360 sensors and now with the additon of the LINK, they have just made it even better. The information and data it gives me to help me focus on what I need to work on is so helpful. I am able to share with my golf instructor who can hone in on what part of the game we need to work on. The abily to know my distacnes better is so helpful. When I was Bob Vokey, (yes the real Voke) and he was fitting my wedges, he was able to use the distances and dial in my gapping. So many applicaitons. If you don't have it, you should get it. Thier Customer Support is second to none in the golf industry. Keep up Arccos!

Having had a few years out of the game I knew I needed time to get my yardages under control. The Arccos technology has made this process so much easier meaning I can spend that time working on the parts of my game that need the most attention, which is all supplied post round using the Arccos stokes gained statistics. You can never underestimate the power of being pin high... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Arccos has created necessary context around where my game is strong and where it needs work. This allows me to craft appropriate practice regiments and as a result the weak areas of my game have been improving. Adding the Link wearable really took my experience to the next level - it very rarely misses shots, whereas my phone in my front pocket would miss many of my short game shots and I would need to use the app to add them in, if anything the link is too sensitive and sometimes records club use when I drop a wedge off green side or put it away in my bag. however it much less effort to delete a phantom shot than to add in a real one. I have and will continue recommending this product to my golf friends and family - the easy installation of the smart sensors and the wealth of data the product provides really changes the golf experience.

Been a real eye-opener for me and it's certainly helped me improve my game - dropped 4 shots over the past year to an 8. It requires some patience initially but once you're comfortable with using the system it's great. And I've tried a few other systems including manual data entry, gamegolf and shotscope - Arccos is miles ahead. Well worth the investment.

Super helpful customer service, and have not had any issues. When I asked some basic questions they were patient and made sure I had all the resources available (putter accessory). Once up and running, I have found it so easy to use, and has given me so much insight into my game. I even upgraded to the Link so I could wear more of my golf skirts and still use Arccos and that was an even better experience. I regularly use the rangefinder and I have found by listening to the caddie advice based on my distances, I am hitting so much more realistically and performing on the course.

I received a set of sensors for Christmas as well as a set of clubs that already came with sensors. I got the runaround trying to return the sensors because it was purchased from the UK store and because I live in Canada I have to pay $99 to send them back to the UK! You are all one company, you should deal with it as such! On my clubs it comes with a 90 days free trail, I was told that as a make up for my frustration of the return that they would extend the trial for 1 year and when I called them to say I was going to activate the trail they said it’s only for the 90 days! Not a trustworthy company! I was bragging to my golfing buddies about these sensors and they couldn’t wait to see me use them! Once I let them know what this company is about there’s no way they’ll deal with you.

When it works it is great at picking up driving distance and even with problems noted below, is pretty good at suggesting a club to use for approach shot. However, it very often does not pick up club and hence shots in fairway or a short shot if green is missed, and often does not pick up first putt, and always fails to pick up second putts. If it does not pick up first putt is the distance recorded for approach shot calculatable. I do not want to check after each shot. In order to use features, I need to keep a separate scorecard noting each shot and editing after round. Overall decreased sensitivity will make me stop using this product.
