Love it. I n 1 round only missed Caddie only missed to register 1 single put. I am absolutely impressed and con't wait for my next rounds of golf. Well done Arccos Golf Team. Worth the wait!!!

The good news: The Arccos Caddie Link does a better job picking up my shots than prior to using it ... but is still too far from 100% (I would be happy with ~97% - excluding putts). Between the costs of the Link and the base product, the consistency of picking up all shots should be much higher than it is. As directed, I wear it either clipped to my belt or to my pocket. The bad news: If clipped anywhere other than my belt, it has a propensity to get "unclipped" and slide off. One of the two surfaces of the clip (or preferably both) need a rough surface to minimize the chance of it wiggling off. I am going to attach the rough part of velcro to see if that helps. BUT, I most certainly should not have to do that. I refuse to believe that if there had been enough field testing prior to formal release, that this shortcoming would not have been observed and corrected.

Customer service socks. I lost my tool that comes with the grips for Super Stroke putters for installation. I called and wanted to buy a replacement tool and had to buy another sensor just to get the tool, which I didn't need. BS!

I purchased a new set of irons. They have Golf Pride CP2 grips. The sensors do not fit tight and they fall off the clubs. I have now lost seven sensors and when I asked for help, I was told I could purchase new ones. What has happened to customer satisfaction? I received my new link yesterday that has been 4 or 5 months coming. Sad thing is the Link is no good without a full set of sensors. I am not sure how long the warranty is on the sensors but it cover replacement sensors. I really like the sensors but I will not renew my subscription when it comes due.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you have lost some of your sensors. Some of our users use electrical tape to secure the sensors to the top of the grips to stop them from falling loose, however the screw part of the sensor should secure them in place on its own. The app doesn't work for me. Couldn't scan in the sensors with my so I had to use a friend's phone. When I got to the course it wouldn't register any of my shots. On paper it looks great but had been a waste of time for me and support is lacking. Wouldn't recommend.

Great concept with poor implementation. The sensors all check out when I run diagnostics but miss many shots and even entire holes every course I play. Because it takes too much time to correct the missed readings during play I have to wait until I am home to input the proper data. Not worth the price or the frustration. I will not be renewing my subscription.

I have not completed a round in 2 mths. App either stop or doesn't advance to next hole or caddie comes up with error.I don't think I'll be renewing subs next year

I like the product quite a bit but it has quirks. To be honest I feel more upset by the lack empathy on some of the customer support responses below. Some of the users are giving you really good feedback on how to make your app and system better. Take it in, thank them vs defending what you have. What you have is good but can definitely be improved. - satellite maps, more flexibility in preview caddie to assess more options, removing certain shots from stats,...-. Anyway, take it in, show a growth mindset, thank folks for their feedback -and do something with it-, help them make the most with what they have now, and let’s make this a great community.

After a couple hiccups to start I saw the light and my handicap plummeted. Typically I shoot low to mid 40’s /13 handicap I was shooting par after maybe 20 rounds. Really great graphics and tools to review rounds.

Once I preordered the Link and waited 18 months for it to come in. My first round I had trouble with it working so I put it in my jacket pocket. It ended up falling out and I lost it. So the positive is it is small. The negative is it is small (and easy to lose). I love my sensors, but never really had a chance to even use the Link . My fault, but doubt I'll buy again.

Disappointed: I got two sets of Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors - one for my son and one for self. We got it from a Courosell Dealer in Singapore as buying from principals (Arccos) and then shipping to Singapore was proving more expensive. We installed and have been using the product for 4 months now. My feedback - its misses strokes off and on, in spite of all parameters good - course data, Bluetooth, etc. In the past 1 -1/2 months (within 2 months of use), one of the sensors has just stopped working without any reason. Tried to re-assign and re-calibrate but just does not work. Both my son and I am actually disappointed with the product and more importantly the response I got from the agent a few weeks back when I shared the issue, they just said we cannot do anything you need to go to the person who sold. Obviously, the agent who sells the product can't help as Arccos does not have a service outlet. Overall I feel with the past experience this product needs more serviceability and free replacement for customers and not run pillar to post and have non-working sensors in the gold bag. Hope the service team understand s and gives a free replacement and also explain how are they going to service customer who has bought this product, in our case two sets. In the app, under the clubs page, you can run sensor diagnostics to see whether the sensors are working or not. If not, we guarantee our sensors for 2 years so if they have become faulty within this time frame we will replace them free of charge. Happy with the system. Yardages with elevation, temperature, etc. taken into account have been a huge help. I'm more confident hitting each shot that I have the right club in my hands. Easy to edit the round afterwards. A missed shot here and there, but very acceptable. Getting the Caddie Link soon.

Its a great concept but, don't have time to spend 5 minutes per each hole putting in missed shots (including the driver in a clear sky, with the phone in my front pants (phone) pocket). Too many errors, too much time, wrong distances.

Very happy so far. a couple of initial thoughts: 1. The quality of the 18Birdies mapping is much better than the Arccoss maps. You can clearly see the hazards, green shape etc. I understand that different mapping providers will be more accurate in different areas, will be nice if mapping provider can be switched in the app. 2. How do I manually remove shots that will be used for averages? For instance when I play a shot only at 60% power, a punch below trees or a chip with a long iron around the green or even hit my driver into a tree. I know AI will remove these shots in the long run but will be handy if the user can remove this as well. 3. My app is set to measure in meters but when I go to Player, Driving game, distance off the tee is given in Yds (even though it is actually the m reading, the description say yds and not meters). 4. What I like about other apps (Hole19) is that you can stand on the tee with say a driver and move a curser on the app to choose a landing area to see more or less where you will land your driver based on how far you think you will hit driver, this way you can see ok there is a hazard at 260m, I should rather hit a 3 wood. Is there a way to do something similar with this up to know how far hazards is away from my location?

Thanks for the feedback, we will pass this over to our mapping team to review. 2. The Smart Distance feature will automatically remove the outliers over time. The data is almost too 'new' for it to be powerful when you first start using the Arccos Caddie app and you should start seeing all the outliers removed after 5 rounds or so. 3. We are aware that the stats are not showing in meters yet, this is something the team are working hard to fix for the next update. Thanks for your patience. 4. Have you tried touching the screen to see the rangefinder? Additionally, after you have played 5 rounds you will have access to the preview caddie feature which will provide you with your optimal strategy. Suddenly four sensors no longer work. I could change the battery on the putter. I have to buy the others again. The set wasn't cheap either. Buying new ones is not an option, although they still have a discount, but the postage also costs.

The sensors have really helped me understand my club yardages. Also tracking my bad habits has centered my practice on areas of concern. Arccos has really told the truth about my game. I went from a 18 handicap to a 13.4 in 3 months. Lastly the the apps GPS system is second to none. Giving yardages that take wind, elevation, precipitation, just about anything to get a yardage you can trust. I get the number trust it and hit a club.

I have tried to use the Arccos system for this whole season. Played about 45 rounds. I have had a total of 2 successful rounds where the GPS and shot recording both worked. I’ve done everything Customer Services recommended and nothing worked. Using with the Apple Watch for shot tracking is nearly impossible. Takes 15 minutes to sync, by then I’m on the 3rd hole. Usually I have to Finish the round and start over 3-4 times each round because it won’t give me distances on the right hole. Finished today’s round 3 hours ago and the app on my watch is still telling me to end the round to sync the data. This system is a great idea, but get the bugs out!! It seems like they are not trying to fix the Apple Watch problems. Their solution is to send another $99 and buy their link. My free GPS app is more reliable.

I have been using smart sensors for a couple of years and love the way they work. I have been able to track bad habits and correct some of them so I was really looking forward to adding a Link to my game. I didnt realize when I ordered it that it wasnt comparible with my sensors. I have been looking online to update them but I cant find anywhere in the literature a statement telling me which are compatible and which aren't. Is there an easy way to tell?

As mentioned on our product page, Arccos Caddie Link is not compatible with 1st generation products, including Arccos Driver and Bluetooth putter sensors. You will require all your sensors to be 2nd generation and these are the ones that are paired via scanning, rather than via a button on the top.
