Arccos experience started out really promising, but I am now starting to get frustrated with Customer Service. I bought the sensors and was impressed with performance. Excited to get to five rounds so I could start playing with the Arccos Caddie. When I downloaded a new course, I realized the Arccos map was out of date - not their fault, the course went through a major renovation and apparently no one else that plays there was using Arccos. But now I’m trying to learn whether they will be able to update their map, and ...... radio silence. Can’t get through by phone, not getting email response. It’s a bummer because I’m excited about the product, but if I can only use it on some of my rounds and don’t know whether to expect any help, it’s a lot less useful.

We map our courses through satellite images so require the images to be up to date in order to push course updates to the app - unfortunately the satellite images are out of our hands. Please stay clear I purposely bought a more expensive set of irons (G710) due to the offer which included the sensors. Since owning them I have had nothing but trouble with them. They are so hit and miss with recording shots. Spoke to Arcoss support and went through their trouble shooting. After trying everything they are still hit and miss and guess what? Customer support are no longer answering my emails. Feel totally let down by it all. I have tried everything, different phones, apple watch etc but still It is only picking up approx 40% of my shots! AVOID

Bought arccos golf senior grips for my clubs was impressed with product. I changed clubs and seniors fell out of three of them. Was in contact with a member of arccos golf, who said he would replace grips. I have not heard from them in over two weeks very disappointed as arccos support received great feedback which was part of the reason I bought them in the first place.

Placed an order for the Caddie Link on August 4th and received an email stating that my order was being prepared to ship. No communication whatsoever from Arccos. I have emailed and called and cannot get anyone to get back to me. Now there's something on their site that says they're shipping in November. What a dishonest company.

An update to my last review. My husband and I are delighted and very happy to the response we have received from Cooper tonight. He's been a great help to my husband's queries and also very patience to answer all of our questions and helped us step by step. I would love to be able to write a review about the Arccos system and how it works. However, the 2nd attempt at shipping the system to me arrived yesterday (first shipment was somehow lost by UPS so I can't blame Arccos ) and one of the sensors is faulty and a replacement needs to be sent to me. I ordered and paid for this system 3 weeks ago and have not been to use through no fault of my own. 6 rounds and no Arccos. My golf season is rapidly coming to a close and this entire process is only adding to my sadness. Finally, the customer service has been good but only if you call. The reply to emails takes several days. I hope that at some point in time that I will actually be able to use the system and provide a review.

Worst app ever. Quirky xx hard to use, and never let me pair all my clubs Company wants $20 to give me more sensors. Let me try what I have out first before I give you my money. Sucks.

We are sorry you have had issues with your Arccos app. It sounds like you have downloaded the Arccos Driver app, which is out entry level app. Please download our Arccos Caddie app where you need sensors in all of your clubs in order for the system to work correctly. Once you have this app, you'll get access automatic shot tracking, A.I. powered GPS Rangefinder, Caddie Advice, Strokes Gained Analytics and much more! 1. The product is great if it works its almost a year and I give up-some shots are not recorded 2. keeping a phone in your pocket is inconvenient and not viable. you constantly have to check your phone to see if its working 3.It is expensive and inconvenient- smartgrips have to be changed everytime you switch out your clubs. Avid golfers need to change grips every 6 months at $21 dollar +tax / grip less $7 for member still an enormous cost. 4.The website is hard to navigate - log ins are hard to find 5.The caddielink has been in the works for so long and I finally gave up and cancelled my order after waiting for over a year. It was to have shipped in September but now pushed to October. 6. I cant imagine paying $99 a year for a subscription on great idea where the technology has not been perfected, with inadequate support staff 7. You have to have separate accounts for your dashboard and shopping (not sure what they are thinking) 8. Not even the customer rep could find out how to access the login for my order. 9. The customer service is wanting - very small window in which you can reach them. They don't seem as motivated either. Not sure if this is a management issue. 10.Sadly I cancelled the order for caddie link and replacement smart grips-Just done with the lack of responsiveness

As a very enthusiastic golfer, I seek companies that have the same passion as I do; Arccos is such a company. Moreover, their products across the board are tailored so that each player is able to capitalize on the information provided by the product itself. For those of us that seek to improve our game, this company and its equipment should be at the top of your list.

I’ve recently purchased a set of Cobra connect clubs and have been trying out this Arccos app for over a month. The idea of a virtual caddie plus using GPS technology is very cool. I’m enjoying getting the feedback of stats collectively from all my golf rounds. I do have to keep an eye on the putt strokes. For some reason, it sometimes adds an extra stroke. But for the most part it works very good. My concern is that the preview caddie or ask caddie has never worked. I’ve submitted for help and don’t feel I’m getting any fix for it. On my first request, the Arccos rep responded he sent a message to the server team and would get back to me. A week went by without any follow up. When I asked for an update via email, he responded that he sent another message to server team and would get back. Another week and nothing. I’ve recently sent in another request and got the absolute same response. This is very disappointing. The app is designed to aid us to improve our game. But so far I’m losing faith in the support and leaning to not starting up my membership. It’s unfortunate, because I have friends interested.

The putter stroke accessory does what it says on the tin. Before finding this I engineered the standard sensor to fit onto the SuperStroke grip. It worked but I was always worried it would fall out. This gives you the peace of mind that you can record your putts without worrying about the hardware.

Wow. Kind of wasting my time. Can’t pair my King F7 driver....wont read the sensor. Tried calling support. Open Monday to Friday mid day. I work. Golf on weekends.

If you like playing with your phone while playing golf, you’ll love Arccos. Unfortunately, I hate playing with my phone in the middle of a golf outing. As other reviewer‘s have stated at Mrs about 10% of your shots. My home course still has several holes since the course has been re-designed. This has been almost a year now And I still have to go in and manually add a shot on my phone. The analytics are amazing and the new update is spectacular. If they will get their sensors working properly I will give it five stars.

After 14 golf rounds with arccos: Customer service ***** Honestly I had problems when I bought arccos sensors kit, my first round went well and than everything stopped working, I sent multiple mails to CS and I have to say they were patient, they did the best possible in the end it came out it was a phone problem so everything was solved changing phones. Shot recording and precision **** I would stop at 4 out of 5 because while it works well there are still some improvement that can be done I suppose especially when it miss a long shot (it doesn't happen often maybe once per round) about putting there's smart putt detection and maybe it's my impression but it gets better the more round you play at the beginning I was taking out putt almost every hole now it happens once every 9 I would say. About precision, everything depends on the phone so I would not blame the sensors or the app (a watch made by arccos with high accuracy GPS that can pair perfectly with sensors would be great) Still overall it's good enough. Game improvement chances***** I bought arccos mostly because I like statistics and I was lazy to record everything with one of the many free app available in the market I'm a scratch player and I'm supposed to know at least decently my game, well arccos goes a lot more in depth about everything and I'm really enjoying those numbers, for an high handicapper I would say it's a must have tool to learn about game habits, for a low handicapper it's still useful because the data are really complete. Considerations I ordered a new set of kobra that comes with built in sensors, and there's no comparison, built in sensors are a must have for players that tends to grip at the end of the club. Waiting to see the caddie Link of a friend before buying I would really like to leave my phone in the bag.

This is my second go around with Arccos sensors. Had one in a Cobra Driver a few years ago. Didn’t work well then. Bought new G710 irons with the sensors was sent additional to complete my set. I have 8 rounds in and am underwhelmed. At least 10% of the shots don’t register. On many other occasions after the round the distance Arccos said I hit was significantly 10 to 20 yards off what my laser said the distance was. Example: Laser said 155 to pin. Shot was 3 feet right pin high. Arccos said 176 was distance if shot. One of many discrepancies. I trust the laser. I’ve had my trial will be canceling. Save your money. If you’ve played long enough and are honest about you abilities. Don’t need this system.

I have 12 clubs paired and in my bag. I shot 18 holes last night only to find that shot detection was not on. The app said I must have 8 clubs paired but I had 12! The worst experience ever. I would not spend my money on this product, it does not work correctly

I can't say enough about my sensors. I got them as a gift from my son for Father's Day in June, 2020 and it's the end of July, and I've dropped 4 off my handicap. (That's under a month and 1/2!!!) I am getting used to playing with my phone in my pocket, but plan to get the link very soon. It gives me a "realistic" idea of how far I'm really hitting my clubs, and with every round, the data just keeps getting dialed in more and more. I've had no issues with the sensors, and love using the app for MY true yardages, as well as how the course is actually playing. Totally changed my golf game, and greatest Father's Day gift I could ever get!!! I know I'm a high handicapper, (for now) but I think these sensors would help improve anyone's game. Can't recommend them enough!! ...and my index is going the right direction.

So much better than any screw in tags! Just waiting on more midsize grips to be in stock as singles to be able to grip a few more clubs that are in and out of the bag. I have used the grips I ordered for a couple of hybrids but want to have the 3 and 4 irons ready to swap in and out as I need.
