Through the green Arcos captures full shots most of the time. Arccos is less reliable with partial shots. I have to chart putting data separately and edit it into Arccos if I want accurate information.

Ended up not finding it useful. More effective to use your own head, keep your own stats, calculate your own yardages and what not rather than have a smartphone app do it for you - ends up getting in the way of things and oftentimes doesn't reflect what is going on in your game. I was given some as a gift, but after using for 4-5 rounds, I re-sold them on Amazon at a discount to MSRP.

Great concept, just extremely unreliable “ADD ONS”; the remote sensor broke immediately; if you play a lot and like to use Bluetooth for earphones, etc, you CANNOT if you are using the phone to “sense” shots.

Hi Bill, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your sensors have stopped working we kindly ask you contact our Customer Experience team at starter@arccosgolf.com who can help get you free replacements under their 2-year warranty. Unfortunately due to how the system works using the phone's microphone you cannot use Bluetooth devices with your phone while using it for shot detection. If you still wish to use Bluetooth devices on your phone, as an alternative you can use an Arccos Caddie Link or Apple Watch for shot detection instead. If you have any further questions please contact our Customer Experience team and they will be happy to help you. Thanks, Team Arccos

So guys , I use the smart sensors. I have to say working most of the time ok if I use it with my iPhone / Apple Watch. But I also purchased the link …. Sorry but this is missing to many shots. You can’t see on the apply watch or it tracked the shot when using it with link. Why other functionality on the watch depending whom is providing GPS data. The software has to many flaws …. I have the feeling you think we have time enough to go debug your software when playing Golf. Requesting a review of your app issues when round is just finished …. Maybe we had not had the time check all holes. images that do not reflect the actual state of the golf course. If you missed a T-shot on some holes and want to edit afterwards you can’t because the actual Tshot gps position is not on the images when you edit the hole. Now about the dashboard …. You have so many faults on it that I am questioning the accuracy of the analysis of the data. Example . You talk about 20 rounds average on and 10 round average o; the some page …. Which is the correct one. When I complained and send you screenshots your engineer doesn’t make the effort to analyze the data send as I get an email with requesting to explain in detail which is clear if you have 2 different references for the analysis of data ( 10 and 20 rounds) . It’s ver clear that the link of the selected x rounds is using sometimes the wrong var in your software. If you want us to debug your software …. You should not charge us or provide us with discounts ! I am still using the smart sensors but neeo change grips soon so I purchased the smart grips …. But if you charge a yearly subscription …. It’s a killer. This would be a reason to go for the shotscope V3 product as … no subscription fees… Before overcharging to all of us you should get your act together and fix the software problems you have….

Worked great for about 18 months then sensors starting missing every other shot. Arccos customer service said if the diagnosis showed they were okay it must be me, but my cobra driver with it built-in works every time. So obviously the sensors must have a fault. Shocking service given the annual subscription

Initially I was very happy with the system. However after a few months too many shots were missed by the GPS and eventually two sensors stopped working after 10-11 months. (One being the putter) I was therefore reluctant to pay for another years subscription (at an ever increasing cost) and as such Arccos did not stand by their 2 year sensor guarantee and would not replace the sensors. A very good system but too much seems to be spent on ever increasing stats that go beyond what the club golfer requires and as such becomes very expensive to maintain. Pity.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the whole Arccos system. Now that I have played over 90 holes, the Caddie Advice is also unlocked. Unfortunately this does not work I always get the message "Caddie Error" (see Picture) . Also, at this point, I can no longer recommend customer service as I have been waiting for a response for over a week regarding the previously mentioned problem. Please help me with the problem solving. (Request received 119049) Thank you Alex

I had extremely high expectations of Arccos Golf, going so far as purchasing the Caddie Link so I wouldn't need to keep my phone in my pocket while playing. Unfortunately the results haven't lived up to these lofty expectations. The GPS seems to have a difficult time working properly, many shots aren't recorded at all, and the overall data falls short of what it promises to deliver. I'm willing to keep trying for the next couple of months since I dropped $129 for the Caddie link, but if results don't improve I will be cancelling the monthly subscription and accepting the fact I wasted money on Arccos. Very disappointed. I have reported the "errors" after each round for what it is worth.

I find the system would be best for a low handicap player. The results are ok but if you are inconstant it will not be able to give good club recommendation. The biggest problem is with shot detection - I find I spend time between holes correcting the app / shots from the previous holes. Its a big distraction during the round. I have the link device as well and it is not accurate - in one case it jumps 20 or 30 yards when looking at the app - its like its lost the GPS signal. I use my range finder all the time and do not rely on the app anymore.

Very disappointed in Arccos and the support I’ve received. I have had it for over a year, purchased additional sensors, purchased the link for my belt, and still have never received an accurate round of golf. I just ordered new sensors again and now they don’t all register. You can no longer reach anyone by phone to ask questions

It doesn’t work well in my area. Since it runs on cellular service, there are many places I play that the gps and Bluetooth will not connect to. I was very happy with my Piq Motibee system. When they went under I thought the Arccos system would replace it. It doesn’t work well at all.

I keep getting "Caddie Error: Tap anywhere to change tee location." Arccos support has been unable to resolve it, and haven't even provided an explanation of the error. It happens often on various courses, on the tee box and in the fairway. Without the virtual caddie, the app is cumbersome. It's pretty good at detecting shots and collecting data, but it's too cumbersome and distracting to be practical.

After playing about six rounds of the past two months I will say it is a mixed bag. The first couple of rounds worked very well. It detected almost all of my shots. However, in the last two rounds arcos stopped collecting any shot data part way through the round. It is very frustrating and I don't know what happened or how to fix it This has a lot of potential and I love the idea, but the hardware and/or software need more work

I have owned the Arccos Caddie Link and the new generation club sensors for about a month. I have tried to play golf with them 9 times. I have only been able to get the App to open on 6 of those rounds, the other 3 rounds the Arccos logo just keeps going in and out trying to connect. On those 6 rounds that the App actually opened, I have only been able to get the Caddie Link to connect to the App twice. The times that it has actually all opened and connected, they have been great. However, I would say that we play a limited amount of rounds per year and to have invested over $300 into the equipment, it needs to work every single time. It is extremely frustrating and annoying. I am only glad that I am not having to pay the $99 for access to the app that only works when it wants to. If we fast forward this to next year, I would be even more frustrated and angry.

So far lots of missed by Arcoss Golf during my rounds... For some reason after making the turn it seems to loose track. I use the clip (Arccos Caddie Link) and keep it on my belt/hip - left side. I am giving it a couple of more tries this weekend but I am not very happy, yet.

Here’s my issue, and I will update my review later. I got fitted for a ping G425 and it came with the sensor in the grip. Arccos then tells me I have to have every club with the sensor for it to work. What’s nice is that they will send me the sensors for free and I get a 90 day free trial. Unfortunately, my trial started, per arccos, on the day I registered for the promo. I have no idea how long it will take to actually get the free sensors, but my 90 day trial is already running and arccos says I can’t use the app and driver sensor without the rest of them. So I now have a running clock without even being able to use the system. This is poor customer service out of the gate.
