“It’s far less seamless than it would need to be for me to use. It records random shots, and misses too many. The sensors fall out of my grips as well which is extremely frustrating. Would not buy again or recommend.”

“I have been using Arccos since last summer. I've tried using my phone, Apple watch and the caddie link (until it fell off during a round, never to be seen again) and spent about $100 on extra sensors for lost clubs, new clubs, etc. All told I've spent nearly $500 on this system and have never had a single round where I haven't had to re-construct at least 1/4 of my round. I've also had about a dozen rounds where the shot-tracking was so bad that I've just deleted them. In my experience it starts out strong and then just starts missing shot and holes about 1/3 of the way in. It wasn't much better with Caddie Link and even with my watch at 100% if the round is longer than 3 1/2 hours the watch will die and, provided I notice it, I'll need to switch back to my phone. I wish I had known how unreliable this was before I got them and now I'm stuck with this system. Hoping some updates will help, but it is seems unlikely.”

“It’s a good idea that doesn’t really deliver. Most of the time I go with my feel rather than arccos and it’s almost always better. Too many missed shots or errors mean too much time spent editing, I’d love it to work properly but it doesn’t.”

“A lot of times the Caddy misses shots and I have to go back to edit the holes with miss shots. I was hoping it was easier to use so I can just focus on my game. Now I have to worry about the accuracy of the Caddy, the app and my game.”

“Really disappointed I bought this. The link constantly misses shots and putts and using my phone while better, still requires way too much editing. Arrcos shouldn't be the focal point when I play golf and require my constant attention. I'd return it if I could. Great idea....terrible execution.”

“I cannot keep the Link connected. It keeps losing contact and stops recording shots. This can go on for several ones as there is no apparent need to check my phone. I need to still keep the phone in my pocket. In my opinion, the link is a big waste of money. I truly wish I could get a full refund! Due to these ongoing issues, I have not really been able to record a full round without adding some guesses at past shots.”

“I am unable to enjoy my product because it won't allow me to use it until I have at least 8 clubs. I special ordered new Ping clubs and bought a sensor for my putter. My driver, 3 wood and 2 hybrid came in a week ago, but I can't use the app. My two wedges come in next week, but my irons won't come in until mid May. I play nearly every day and wish I could start getting the range dialed in on the clubs I have, but your system won't let me. Very unhappy.”

“So far, the link is inconsistent on picking up hits...leading to distractions while playing. Also, the app is inferior to others (I.e. GolfPadGps). You don’t get distances to hazards. Most other apps I’ve tried let you tap on screen to choose play-up distances to bunkers, washes, etc. Not Arccos. Connection with Samsung smart watch is unusable. Constantly hanging on a different hole when you want distances—or prompting to enter score, when the strokes already show up on the phone. I’ll give it a little more time, but right now it’s more distraction than help.”

“with my phone in my pocket the system fails to recird about half yge shits. i purchased the link hoping to correct that issue. the link misses abiut 20 percent of the shots and fails to indicate that the unit is charging when plugged in. not impressed”

“I have found that the system is not tracking a number of shots even though I have tried using the phone in the front pocket as well as the Link. I ensure that the link is in the correct position and not covered up by any articles of clothing. My brother-in-law was impressed when I told him about arccos caddie and the many features it offers, which led him to considering purchasing the product. After he has observed the issues I have experienced with tracking my shots, he is now very hesitant and I do not blame him.”

“The app worked great last year and this year it's not working correctly. I purchased the belt clip and same thing worked for one round and nothing since. I have had to out in everything manually. When it worked, it worked great. But something isn't right about it now. I've trouble shot everything on the site. I reached out a day ago with the issues and hoping to hear back soon. I'm happy to change this to my first impression which was a 4/5 ( need tweets like saying if you are hitting a punch or chip shot , so it doesn't affect you (for example) 7 iron totals. Same thing with driving. My driving average is 293 with my driver, but I often, because of a length of a course am only hitting 3 wood or 3 hybrid off the tee, so end of day it will tell me, oh your average driving distance is only 265. There needs to be more information available to get more accurate stats. This has the potential to be great for all levels of golf.”
