Half the time it doesn't record any shots, I have to put them all in manually. And it's not like I can sit there in the middle of the round and exit the round, check that clubs are paired, restart the round, add all my previous shots, then start again and hope it starts working. Oh, and how do I return the link? I bought it and it has NEVER worked! It connects to my phone just fine, but can't find a GPS signal ever!

The Apple Watch reading is sub par. Kinda disappointed. I should of got the link when you were offering a great price. Now I can’t find the discount for the link

I thought I would had and looked forward to the data that it would had given me to help improve my game, but I went to use it last weekend at the golf course last weekend and somewhere on the course it must had slipped off my belt somewhere and as of today it still hasn't been found or handed into the proshop of the golf course. I would suggest a better belt clip maybe instead of a clipon

My arccos worked very well for approximately 6 rounds, now it skips entire holes and hasnt really ever tracked my putts well. I'm quite disappointed

I am having to make corrections on more than 50% of the holes I play. This is a big distraction while playing. Keeping track manually and correcting post round is also distracting and defeats the purpose. I am working with supoort, but so far - not worth the price paid, and not worth a monthly support fee.

Battery drains fast. Hard to turn device off and it automatically turns on when charging so you have to be sure to turn it off. Misses too many shots on the course. You'll have your head in your phone anyway adding the shots it missed or it's detecting shots on wrong hole and you're correcting it constantly.

Caddie does lose shots from time to time. Battery life is suspect. I check on my phone every hole to ensure that caddie has recorded my score. It's a good start but not at the level I expected.

My grip is off the wnd of the club so the sensors do not stay consistently screwed down

I am very disappointed with the link software. The software has missed a lot of shots and sometimes entire holes. I bought new sensors thinking that was the issue but the link is still missing shots. I am considering replacing this with another system.

When it captures data, it’s great. The problem is that 80+ % of the time it doesn’t. Link is just as problematic as well as the watch app

Had to send in for new sensor and the caddie link I bought has very short battery life. Not sure it is worth all the hassle for the readings I was already getting from another app and the suggestions are remedial.

I have used the link for several rounds and I've found it to be inconsistent and intermittent. It misses shots often and loses connection to my phone. I did not make it through any rounds without issues and unfortunately I've reverted back to only using my phone. I would wait to purchase the link until they work out all of the bugs.

Gps works ok but less than half the shots actually register. Takes almost an hour after playing to go back any manually edit shot history for a full round. Very disappointed so far.

I really don't know how I feel about the system. I purchased the Link with the sensors and expected a lot more. The link struggles to document all my shots and I have it on the outside of my left pocket unobstructed. The data is great but it would be great to be able to not use curtain shots in the data. Sometimes I have to use a club to get out of trouble and I don't want to use that in the data

Started out amazing, then two months in a couple of sensors started acting up and finally stopped working. The putter sensor and the pitching wedge. If your putter sensor dies you cannot start a round. It been three weeks and still no response from customer service. Ghosts. When you call the number you cannot leave a message because it’s full. If your trying to play better this is not the answer, frustration will ensue and then your done with Arccos. $279.00 is not allot of money but I only like to get burned once.

From our understanding, you have now been able to get in touch with our team so we hope this has now all be sorted? For the app to work, we do require a putter sensor to be paired as if not, this would cause lots of hole switching issues and the experience would not be great. Thanks again, -Team Arccos

The Arccos system for me has been a disappointing experience. 1) I've had the club sensors for a year, but have not been able to fully utilize the dashboard for analysis as the website did not work as advertised. 2) I paid INADVANCED for the new Link and had to wait 6-8 months before I received it. I've attempted to use it twice and both times it did NOT identify the club or shot 8-10 times during my 18 hole rounds. DO NOT BY THE LINK!!! 3) Like many golfers, I like to stream music while I play golf. Arccos system does NOT allow you to do this unless you also buy the LINK to connect and track your shots. Since the LINK does not work... I'm back to using my phone to connect with the Arccos sensors and going without playing music. I'm frustrated and disappointed this product did not live up to their stated ideals.

I purchased a new set of irons. They have Golf Pride CP2 grips. The sensors do not fit tight and they fall off the clubs. I have now lost seven sensors and when I asked for help, I was told I could purchase new ones. What has happened to customer satisfaction? I received my new link yesterday that has been 4 or 5 months coming. Sad thing is the Link is no good without a full set of sensors. I am not sure how long the warranty is on the sensors but it cover replacement sensors. I really like the sensors but I will not renew my subscription when it comes due.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you have lost some of your sensors. Some of our users use electrical tape to secure the sensors to the top of the grips to stop them from falling loose, however the screw part of the sensor should secure them in place on its own.
