“I am extremely lucky to come across a company like Arbtech. Having left university in 2018, I felt confused as to what career path I wanted to take. Still bewildered as to what I wanted to, I came across Arbtech’s training course early this year, ASSET. It has been one of the BEST experiences I have had to date. Not only did I gain a great amount of knowledge from Arbtech’s team of specialists, but it also gave me the confidence to get out there, try new things and believe in myself. I learnt so much, including legislation around European Protected Species, report writing, customer relationship management and QGIS mapping, only to name a few. I was also privileged with the opportunity to undertake fieldwork and see first hand the standard to which Arbtech conduct their surveys. Along this journey, there has been one individual from Arbtech’s team of specialists who has been a great help along the way, has constantly provided me with plenty of opportunities to learn more on the job and has continued to be a great mentor following completion of the course. He has been a great ASSET to Arbtech, fellow peers and myself. So I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to Craig Williams! I will always appreciate your help and guidance. I have to thank Arbtech and the rest of the team for opening up your doors to anyone interested in ecology. I suggest anyone looking for a career in ecology to start right here, you will never regret it!”

“Very effecient. From 1st contact to a completed and very detailed report took less than a week. The ecologist, Craig Williams, deserves mentioning as he made time to listen to what development was being proposed and past history of the site. Many of his report recommedations were not only informative but will be implemented. Professional service.”

“The surveyor I had was a pleasure to work with - very proactive and informative, but also went beyond the normal level of service to ensure that all points were thoroughly explored. She was clearly personally invested in her work and her customer service skills were great. If all of their staff are anywhere close to what I've experienced then they must have a very good team. Would definitely recommend strongly.”

“The ASSET course offered by Arbtech is a great place to start if you’re new to Ecology. The staff are very friendly, easy-going and knowledgeable. Attending the ASSET course was a great opportunity to learn about various fields in Ecology and I liked the balance between taught material and practical workshops. I would particularly like to send my regards to one of their outstanding ecologists, Craig Williams, who has been incredibly supportive throughout ASSET and has always gone the extra mile for clients and surveyors alike. Arbtech are fortunate to him on their team and thank you for everything Craig :)”
