“A true Five Stars. Friendly, reliable and efficient. Two hours slot is also very much appreciated. I was "rescued" by them only a couple of days after I was let down by another gas engineer company who did not bother showing up after making me wait for an entire day ! I will only use Aquatek Plumbing and Heating in the future. Peace of mind guaranteed.”

“I called Aquatek to organise the removal of an old gas fire. They were extremely responsive, Lee turned up bang on time, did a fabulous job and left my living room exactly as I had found it. Both Lee and Steve (who I spoke to on the phone) were a delight to deal with, extremely reasonably priced and did an excellent job. I would thoroughly recommend them.”

“33 plumbers who claimed that they had solved the problem. Conned to the point I had given up. The 34th Plumber was an Aquatek plumber who took 5mins and identified the problem. I have had three wonderful days using water and heating without flooding my neighbours flat downstairs and damaging their home. Long may it last!!! Thank you Aquatek!”

“I have used Aquatek Plumbing and Heating services this year. I have found them to be very reliable. For example, they have always kept their appointments. If they have been delayed for any reason, they have rung to explain why and given me a new estimated time of arrival. After the work has been completed they have rung the following day to check that every- thing is OK and I'm satisfied with their work. They seem to be professional experienced people who know what they are doing. I would not hesitate in recommending them to any one else. Also their fees seem competitive.”

“An excellence service from Steve and Lee from Aquatek. They provided some excellent advice and did a great job in servicing my boiler, installing a magnaclean filter, fixing some leaks and doing a full system power flush.”

“I telephoned then and was greeted with a helpful sounding voice. When I told (Steve) my problem, He said would call me back. When Contact next made - reply was that 'am on way'. Within minutes, Chris - one of Steve's colleagues came to our house and had my problem sorted in a couple of minutes. And - at very reasonable cost!”

“The Aquatek engineer, Lee, was very professional and efficient, and explained fully what needed doing. He was also very tidy and brought covers so you would not know he had been in the room. Even though he turned up later than the original appointment time, I was fully kept informed of the revised time and was given the opportunity to have change the appointment if the late arrival would have caused me a problem. Aquatel have been servicing my gas boiler for a number of years and have no problem recommending them.”

“Have used aquatek for some years from full boiler installations to servicing and repairs. James always arrives when he should and completes the work to a high standard. The boiler we have was installed by a building contractors as part of a renovation. James corrected many of the mistakes they made showing me the problems as he went along (all of these cost very little extra to repair)He also had to change pipework and install a magnaclean as the previous one was installed in a location it could not be serviced. Would recommend. James. There are probably cheaper, but you get what you pay for. His servicing is also more comprehensive than anyone else I have used.”

“The engineer was on time, kept me informed of the work being carried out, friendly and polite and got all the necessary parts to fix my boiler. The price was very competitive compared to other companies , the engineer knew what he was doing and very tidy as well. I will defininetly use them again and recommend to friends and families as well. Many many thanks Michael my boiler is back in action thank you????????????”
