“My phone call on Saturday morning - 21st January 2017, was responded promptly and with courtesy. In the afternoon a qualified engineer came and fixed the boiler without pretending that the problem was bigger than it was. Then he did check all the radiators and also the hobs on the cooker. Very professional and polite. My urgency was not charged more than the normal service charge. I would certainly recommend their services.”

“Lee from Aquatek came to fix my boiler after a stressful Saturday morning where I had found the kitchen covered in water and the heating and hot water not working. He was calm, practical and really helped me not to panic. Thank you Aquatek!”

“I phoned Aquatek as I had a leaking sink tap. They came round the same day to fix the problem in a few minutes. I've used them before to change my boiler, which they did very efficiently and at a good price. Excellent service I highly recommend them! Thanks guys!!”

“I called Aquatek out of the blue following an online search. They answered the phone immediately with no waiting or option selecting. The person I spoke to was very polite and knowledgable and was able to talk me through self help steps on phone with only the boiler model type as a reference. Issue solved within 3 minutes. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.”

“My boiler had packed up and Jim from Aquatek fitted a new one and did an excellent job, and was very professional. There was a lot of work involved, as the previous company had fitted the flue incorrectly, causing the old boiler to leak and become unsafe, but Jim fitted a new flue correctly and didn't rush things, making sure the job was done right. The quote/cost was very reasonable too, and the boiler's been working perfectly, much better than the last one ever did - so thanks!”
