“I hired this company to install a shower in my bathroom, which entailed swaping the basin and bath arround. The work took a bit longer than I expected but seemed OK when finished. However the assistant plumber proved to be a thief and a liar, who took and used my property without asking also took a towel from a box & a tea towel from a closed cupboard and used them to mop the floor. Taken away to clean, but not returned took threats to get them returned. Worst is that the shower unit developed a fault which I asked for repair under their guarantee. NOT HEARD A WORD FROM THEM SINCE. DO NOT USE AS NOT RELIABLE.”

“Sadly let down by this company on this occasion. Agreed a price to remove a bathtub. Man arrived on time and proceeded to break down tiles and create a lot of rubble, but said he could not remove the bath by himself, nor had the capacity in his van to transport it away (I still do not understand why he even came if that was the case, given what the agreed job was). After some discussion I agreed to pay 50% of the agreed price (more than I would have paid to have someone come for an hour to remove tiles, silly me) if they would come back later to remove the tub for the remaining 50%. At the same time, they were going to submit a bid for the remaining renovation, and if they were successful the tub could be removed as part of the larger job. After contacting them twice after that to follow up I never got any quote, nor did they come back to finish the job. They left a pile of rubble in the tub and I never heard back from them again.”

“Unfortunately my experience with this company was not a positive one. I had a F75 valiant boiler fault. I wanted a free estimate but these are non existent despite website claims. The engineer arrived and said there were problems with conflicting pumps and it was a big job to fix. Charged £108 and left without fixing the fault. I contacted and spoke to Steve He told me the expansion vessel was full of water and needed replacing before we could even begin to look at the F75 fault. I said these are conflicting reports he said he would get back to me in half an hour. He didn’t get back to me. I’ve had to get another company out to look at the boiler. They replaced the pressure valve (F75 fault) and fixed boiler obviously at further cost to myself. Aquatek failed to fix or accurately diagnose my boiler fault and didn’t get back to me when they said they would. I contacted them again to ask for my money back but they never got back me.”

“Hired Aquatek to do renew toilrt flush mechanism and toilet set. They sent a cowboy plumber whose main purpose seemed to be to cause new problems. Needless to say , the flush mechanism worked even worse after he left. Total cowboys”

“Terrible service and complete waste of time. Firstly they got the day wrong and then having reconfirmed the day and waiting in all morning they didn't show up. It appears they failed to make a note of the day a second time too. Incredibly unprofessional. No customer service. Stopped us ringing another plumber but still didn't turn up.”
