“Terrible service and complete waste of time. Firstly they got the day wrong and then having reconfirmed the day and waiting in all morning they didn't show up. It appears they failed to make a note of the day a second time too. Incredibly unprofessional. No customer service. Stopped us ringing another plumber but still didn't turn up.”

“Having been let down by my previous engineer I approached Aquatek nervously. I need not have worried. They acted professionally, kept me informed of progress and as one of the two jobs is now a 'massive' three weeks old seem to have solved the longstanding problem. It is true that they are not the cheapest but Central Heating is so important to our current lifestyles that peace of mind is vital. Finally, the engineer that attended, Lee, seemed a really nice guy who knew what he was doing. Recommended.”

“Thanks Steve and James.Great job.The new boiler works so much better than the old one and all the radiators get hot now as opposed to just a few and not fully hot.Can't believe all that time I was paying British Gas that money every month and when it came to sorting the problems they were unable to do so.There quote was £825 more than your quote and they didn't tell me that the boiler would come with a manufacturers 5 year guarantee.I was told it would come with one year and after that I could give them £19 a month to cover it for longer,bloody cheek.Thank you Aquatek.See you next year when the service is due.A professional service as you explained to me not one of those 10 min services sticking a probe into the flue and flying out the door.All the best...”

“Extremely happy with the service we received from Aquatek Plumbing, would highly recommend them to anyone. Came on time, came prepared and were genuinely happy to do the work. “Excellent service. I had a new combi-boiler fitted in November last year. I live in a chalet bungalow and the fitter took out the old boiler in the kitchen and the water tank in the small loft space and fitted the new combi-boiler in the loft giving me extra storage space in both. The whole fitting was completed in two days with little fuss or inconvenience and at a reasonable cost compared to other quotes I had received. I highly recommend this firm”

“Called this company late on a Friday afternoon after being told by numerous plumbers they couldn't come out till Monday at the earliest (unless I wanted to pay emergency rates) and that I probably needed a new boiler even though they hadn't even seen it yet. Aquatek were happy to send an engineer straight away who arrived early evening and luckily for me fixed it on the spot. I was over the moon that they could fix it and that I never needed a new one! Happy to recommend to anyone!”
