My phone call on Saturday morning - 21st January 2017, was responded promptly and with courtesy. In the afternoon a qualified engineer came and fixed the boiler without pretending that the problem was bigger than it was. Then he did check all the radiators and also the hobs on the cooker. Very professional and polite. My urgency was not charged more than the normal service charge. I would certainly recommend their services.
