“Lovely company to work with. I have ordered the ring and returned it couple times, each time asking them to amend something. First time - I needed smaller diamonds! The ones I ordered were huge and looked bulky. The second time, asked them to make the band thicker. They did a great job and customer service was excellent, one of the best I ever had to deal with. I was worried I was being an annoying client, but they certainly didn't make me feel that way (even though I really was!). They will send you delivery date and time on the day you order your ring so you can plan to be at home that day to receive your parcel. Delivery is normally about 3 weeks. It's been correct day every time. The only time I had a problem where my delivery didn't arrive in time, was when Royal Mail delayed it, nothing to do with Angelic Diamonds. But they did deliver the very next day instead.”
