“Asked to resize the ring before I received it and they did so immediately with no delay to date of delivery. Communication was exceptionally prompt and polite. They gave me better diamond specs than expected. Clearly very honest and caring.”

“The customer service was as high quality as the jewellery created. I have an unusual setting engagement ring and was worried a typical wedding band would take away the unique design. There was no need to worry. I received bespoke designs outlining exactly what my wedding band would look like. With my current engagement ring. The mock ups were clear, well designed and communication was outstanding throughout. Delivery was quick considering it was a bespoke design . Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a high quality piece of jewellery”

“Was a bit worried about ordering a ring online at first, but found the perfect ring so decided to go for it. Website was very clear to use and made a quick phone call to just enquire about the delivery and re-sizing if needed.
