“I contacted Angelic Diamonds directly after I began looking for a special engagement ring in preparation of proposing to my wife. I searched high and low in well-known high street jewellers however, I couldn't find anything suitable with what I thought was a very generous budget. I wanted to get a ring with the "wow" factor that my wife deserved and high street jewellers simply couldn't deliver this with my budget. I had an initial discussion with Angelic Diamonds and they provided me with a catalogue of options. All fantastic rings and a far bigger range that you will find in any high street jewellers. In the end, I requested a custom design to be created. Angelic Diamonds' communication, transparency and customer service during this period were second to none. The finished ring is breath-taking and my wife still looks at her engagement ring in amazement. If I had a pound for every time someone complimented her on ring....I would be a rich man! After receiving the ring, I went along to get the ring valued so I could insure it. The valuer was impressed with the documentation and certifications that I had received from Angelic Diamonds and he confirmed that the specification of the ring was to the exact details in the documentation, apparently this is not always the case so you have to be careful. Well, the valuation provided was again breath-taking. The valuer confirmed that the ring was worth three times the amount I had paid of the ring! I had to ask him more than twice if he was sure but thankfully i wasn't dreaming! I was so impressed with the quality of the ring and the personal touch I received from Angelic Diamonds I also had a custom rings made for our wedding rings. I encourage you to speak with Angelic Diamonds if you are looking at any kind of jewellery, you will get a fantastic product at an unbelievable price!”

“The service received through the whole process from Angelic Diamonds was amazing. We started by discussing the designs that we likes and the budget that we had in mind. We were then taken through many different options until we found the design which was perfect for us, Once the order was placed we were provided with constant updates and we always felt welcome when we called the office and spoken to any of the team members. they certainly take customer service to the next level. When the ring arrived it was everything we imagined and more. The packaging was also pretty impressive, certainly luxury all round.
