“Incredible team! They made the most beautiful, wondrous and unforgettable moment of my partner’s and my life truly magical! They were very compassionate, caring and dilligent understanding my proposal was very important. They actually delivered my engagement ring 1 day early and it was absolutely fantastic! It is a beautiful token of our love, devotion and true happiness! I could not have hoped for a better engagement ring and for our moment togo any other way! From the get go Angelic Diamonds were clear on the completion date of the item and sent a reminder near the time of arrival. The price of the quality product was astonishing! The fact that they are able to offer such beautifully hand-crafted jewellery and cut out the middle man offering fairer, more affordable prices completely changes the market. I was further touched with the personal message from the company and wishing me the best for the occassion. It was extremely personal and very empathetic! It was not the usual ‘order,send,delivered; here is your product; bye! It was very warming and understanding of the occassion wishing us the best with a little note and showing a very brief summary of the company which was not too detailed. It actually added value not only to the shopping experience which is a very monumental occassion and very personal but also to the excitement of the proposal, I felt I really had support and was made to feel valued as a human being rather than just another sale to a company. Angelic Diamonds will grow and is truly promising! I am very pleased with their service; how and what they delivered was exceptional.”
