“The customer service was as high quality as the jewellery created. I have an unusual setting engagement ring and was worried a typical wedding band would take away the unique design. There was no need to worry. I received bespoke designs outlining exactly what my wedding band would look like. With my current engagement ring. The mock ups were clear, well designed and communication was outstanding throughout. Delivery was quick considering it was a bespoke design . “Was a bit worried about ordering a ring online at first, but found the perfect ring so decided to go for it. Website was very clear to use and made a quick phone call to just enquire about the delivery and re-sizing if needed. The ring was tracked by Royal Mail so I knew exactly where it was and when it arrived, it arrived in a lovely box. Perfect and would definitely recommend”
