“Best customer service I have had in a long time. In dealing with an issue caused by supplier Anderson's customer service department kept me fully informed with regular updates and allowed me choice of alternative product or store credit. Couldn't be happier with outcome and professional manner in which complaint was handled. Would shop with Andersons again and recommend others to do the same”

“We recently purchased a Venjakob dining table and 6 chairs (cantilever style chairs). We have purchased Venjakob furniture for our living room from this range from Andersons previously and have not been disappointed in the quality or appearance of the furniture. The dining set was available in different wood finishes and the sales girl who served us was extremely helpful. She was able to check our file to make sure that the finish of the dining set (wild oak) would match our existing furniture. Once the furniture was in store, we received a call to arrange delivery. The delivery men were great and delivered the furniture to the dining room for us. The dining table arrived in two pieces (the top separate from the base) and the delivery men fixed the two parts together. The table has an integrated additional leaf which folds out, which they also showed us how to use. After they delivery men had left, I was attaching felt floor protectors to the small feet of the (cantilever) chairs to enable them to slide more easily on the hard dining room floor, only to find that two of the chairs were each missing a foot. One short call to Andersons later and replacement feet were arranged, which arrived by post shortly afterwards. Overall a great customer experience, as always. Staff are always polite and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble, which is appreciated. Many thanks again!”

“Had a couple of rooms fitted with carpet from Andersons recently. Happy with the quality and fitting, but what stands out is the customer service experienced. We has some difficult personal circumstances complicating completing our order and fitting. The people I dealt with, especially Claire Grant, were so understanding and so helpful when I was trying to organise everything from purchase to arranging the fitter. It made things so much easier. Felt a personalised experience that you may not get at other large carpet suppliers. I don't feel I paid over the odds either. All round really good experience.”

“The service was fantastic, helpful, friendly and they price matched. My order arrived in store sooner than expected, which was great. Something came up and I had to change the delivery date the day before and they were very accommodating. The delivery people were great too and they put the bed together very quickly. I have never bought anything from here before, being slightly out of town I didn’t tend to remember they were there, but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.”

“We have always found Andersons extremely helpful and genuinely honest retailers, whether it be when reviewing options for purchasing flooring (timber & carpets), furniture for various rooms and window coverings/curtains for our household. No pressure sales with great advice given each time. Installation works are carried out by excellent tradesmen with a minimum of fuss and the worksite is cleared every time. Would recommend them for all house furnishing/dressing needs.”
