“Excellent Company to deal with. Steven Cook provided great advice on the purchase of our new suite and the delivery was made within 4- days by an excellent delivery team who went above and beyond to get our suite in situ. (Due to idiots parking in our street with no regard to other users). Could not rate Anderson of Inverurie anything but 5-star plus.”

“We entered the premises with a view to purchasing a new sofa and chair. once we had a look around we had 2 options in mind and the sale person gave us information on both and informed that one was more suitable for me as it looked more comfortable as I have a bad back and am on crutches. We arranged for delivery and on arrival the work in getting it in, assembled and tested was carried out in a very efficient efficient manner. I would certainly recommend Andersons for good quality goods and the friendly staff. Gordon”

“We ordered two settees , the ordering process was excellent and confirmation sent through the post confirming exactly the order, when built we were contacted regarding delivery, This was the only hiccup beyond anyones control the delivery lorry broke down, This did take three phone calls to sort but just over a week later thay were delivered in prestine condition, We are really pleased with the settes they are excellent,”

“I ordered a new mattress in October. I was glad to be able to try before I bought. The sales staff were excellent; very knowledgeable and helpful and not in the least pushy. I was impressed with the recycling policy when it came to the removal of my old mattress. This was something I hadn't encountered before. The icing on the cake was that delivery had to be postponed owing to my hospitalisation, and Andersons were kind enough to deliver on a day of my choosing so that I had help to make up the new bed which I couldn't have managed alone due to the surgery I had undergone. Every step of the process was seamless and accommodated my personal needs. Every member of staff was polite, professional and helpful. I can't fault a single thing. Well done to everyone, and thank you. Oh! And the mattress is wonderful!”

“We waited longer than estimated for our sofa to arrive for it to arrive in an unacceptable condition. After months of back and forth they finally agreed to replace it. Again it took way longer than the estimated delivery to arrive I appreciate estimated delivery dates are a guide however I had to constantly chase for updates and constantly chase to get someone to assist with the issues to begin with. Shocking customer service, I would not recommend.”

“We have shopped at Andersons for over 30 years and always find the service from initially starting with the sales team to having the delivery and installation team in our home an absolute pleasure. Frank Garden has been a constant source of excellent advice and inspiration to us during every purchase that we have made from the store. We most recently had Amtico flooring laid in a new extension to compliment the existing flooring that Andersons installed for us and we found the fitter who came alone an excellent tradesman. We were delighted with his workmanship. We cannot reccomend this company highly enough and will continue to be loyal customers.”
