“Recently bought a mattress and found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Staff also very helpful regarding delivery of this item at a time which was mutually acceptable to both parties. No problems whatsoever, would definitely recommend Andersons of inverurie.”

“Visited Anderson's as well as a few other stores for a new carpet and found Anderson's not only to be the cheapest, but the best at communication and professionalism. They were so easy to deal with and there was no pressure selling. Other stores only reduced prices when confronted with a more competitive price. Stuart was so helpful making the process very easy.”

“Let's start with the email salutation HI TURNER does not cut it with me as they know my title (Mr) and christian name. The sofa we purchased was indeed as we expected and delivered by to very professional men. Would have liked to have been informed regarding the delay in getting the sofa into stock rather than having to phone to enquire about the status, obviously Andersons do not hold communications in high esteem.”

Most recently on 27/9 where I bought 2 cushions which needed sending to my home address and arrived before me on 30/9. Amazing efficient service with very reasonable postage cost. “I was disappointed with my order of a Hypnos bed. I had made it clear that I wanted a lower one than one I already had. A suitable base was chosen with four drawers but perhaps I wrongly presumed it would have a skirt. Mattresses were suggested for comfort and one was duly chosen . When it arrived it was extremely deep which resulted in a very high bed again. Exactly what I didn’t want being 81 and 5ft 2ins. My initial request had become surplanted during the purchase process.”
