“I ordered a set of 10 posters. Some were creased as they were folded, 2 are dogeared, and 2 have dirty finger marks where they had dirty hands when they prepped my parcel. I messaged them over a week ago asking for a return and full refund but no response. Although laminated, they would not last with bluetack as they are flimsy so still need framing or laminating. Not fit for my professional clinic. Poor customer service.”
“I ordered items on the 2nd December, but they have still not arrived. I cannot track the items as the tracking system is not working. I have chased customer services but no solutions have been offered, I am just advised to 'keep checking the tracking,' which is useless. Not great customer service. I know there have been RM strikes but if you take people's money it is your responsibility to ensure the purchase gets there. Would not use this company again.”
