I ordered a set of 10 posters. Some were creased as they were folded, 2 are dogeared, and 2 have dirty finger marks where they had dirty hands when they prepped my parcel. I messaged them over a week ago asking for a return and full refund but no response. Although laminated, they would not last with bluetack as they are flimsy so still need framing or laminating. Not fit for my professional clinic. Poor customer service.
