KRend Masonry Paint - Order to Delivery Time was from 06/11/23 to 19/12/23!! Very poor service.

Delivery time said 2-5 working days, ordered 8 working days ago still no sign of product, no contact so I had to chase to be told it will be more like 15-20 working days.

I sent an email after waiting nearly three weeks for my order. No reply so my husband phoned and was told he would be rang back after inquiries made as to why we hadn’t received our order. No one rang back so he phoned again to be told my paint was out of stock. An alternative was dispatched immediately and arrived as promised. But I feel customer service could have been better maybe contacting us to inform us our paint was out of stock and not ignoring my email. And if you say you will ring someone back it’s a good idea to do that.

Ordered some masonry paint online,paid £45 for delivery. After few days received phone call and was told that item I've bought isn't in stock and there will be 2 week delay. Waited for 3 weeks without any further information. Wrote an email-no response. After second email received the reply that paint was back in stock and will be dispatched shortly. It took a month all together-NOT professional service...

ok drill but very slow at mixing plaster got the power but not enough speed . would not recommend this model for plastering .

The price quoted was good but as I still haven't received my order yet it's difficult to give a positive review at this stage. TNT were to deliver on the 20th, then said 21st. It still hasn't arrived on the 26th.

I really wanted to like these guys. As other reviewers have said they are friendly and helpful. The delivery driver was lovely. It's the products I have issue with. So many split bags we gave up counting. Most haven't lost much and order time is 10 days so we didn't bother to report it. Main complaint is that they shipped the wrong base coat! I only realised once my builder had started putting it on the walls. "The builder should have checked it" isn't very helpful. He's never used the product before and it said the right words on the bag. Yes they'll ship the right stuff (which was nearly twice the price of the one they supplied) for tomorrow but I've got a wasted day on the job and he faces trying to work out what to do with the bit that's been put on and meshed and pinned (as per the specification) Very unhappy about the carelessness and the split bags. And it's going to waste about £300 in labour. Starting to wonder if 2 stars is too generous.

Hi Sara Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused. I have spoken to our warehouse staff in regards to this matter as it is clearly not acceptable. We have processes in place that should ensure this does not happen. I will look into the split bags as we use a 3rd party haulage and will feedback to them accordingly. Apologies again.
The paint was a totally different colour than the Pral M, disappointing, the paint was much lighter.

Hi Caroline, We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the Weber Sil P colour. In general the match between paint & existing render is pretty good, however there are a couple of factors that can make the appearance of the paint lighter or darker than the original colour of the render. Firstly, how much the render has weathered over time and secondly the scraping back period of the existing render when first applied. These can alter the colour of the Pral M to factory controlled samples.
Ordered render and beading, which gets delivered by different couriers. Had to pay two delivery charges. Not too clever!

Hi Dan, Apologies you are not too happy with our service. Unfortunately a lot of the pallet companies charge three pallet spaces to send the beads with the render so to keep costs down to a minimum for both yourself and us we mainly use TNT to deliver the beads. As for the two delivery charges we do have a minimum order of £70 for which you can qualify for free bead delivery.
Very hard to review a product that hasn't arrived. TNT are constantly saying no one is home to deliver which is a lie as we are open every day from 8am to 6pm. I suggest using a different courier service

I bought a trowel and hawk from amaroc and heard nothing for a week and I was told it would arrive within 3-5 days. After 1 week I rang the branch and he said you didn’t have it in stock he would let me know when it comes in.... A few days later I still didn’t hear anything so I rang back and the same conversation happened again. Again a few days later still didn’t hear, so I rang back and a lady answered and she would sort it and ring me back within 10 mins, About an hour later a gentleman rang me and told me you can’t get the hawk. I then said I will choose another, I told him I wanted the marsheltown hawk and that was agreed, a couple days later it arrived. I understand that it will be hard to source tools with the coronavirus at large. But I was still very disappointed with the communication with this company.

Delivered in wet weather, one of the pallets was shrink wrapped so was ok, the other was soaked so about 30 bags are going to be skipped. Now I need to re order
