Tried to order £1400 worth of render, it was like I was fighting to make a purchase was difficult to get anyone on the phone and when we did they say I need to do something like call a delivery driver and not come back to us, was told it was ordered to find out 2 weeks later it wasn’t and then told it would be Delivered and didn’t turn up, decided to go else where and got a refund Lost 3 good weeks of weather, I wish they’d have told me straight they weren’t interested in my business save wasting my time

Ordered white k-rend paint. Came in a plain the tub which I noticed the seal was not intact, no original k-rend labels, it looked like the paint was “mixed” then placed into a plain tub so not even sure it’s original k-rend paint. The “white” was actually an off-white colour so did not match the original k-rend white as it should. Be aware that this does not look genuine product. I would have rejected the delivery if I had known at the time!

I had a order delivered to my home address and put on my drive to where I loaded materials from the pallet to which I picked up the bag which was split and went all over my driveway and can stain which I’m fuming 😡 about. Also other bags had holes in which the damp has got to and caused hard rocks in the render so unable to use. I now have a driver covered in render and also short on materials for my job which comes at a cost. I hope you can sort something out about this matter. Thanks

Not as good a service as before finally got materials ordered on 25/7/21 and email on 26/7/21 saying they were dispatched. Called on Thursday 29th said they were at hub had been sent would call me back. Waited till Monday 2/8 and called again got someone else who did get back to me and says it is lost need to do an insurance claim from there end ?? So now it's supposed to be here by tomorrow Thursday 5th august. Hopefully because I'm going on holiday on Friday the 6th hopefully appears

Yes we had a delivery this week from you the stuff with spilt all over the road wasn’t very happy that I had to chase to get it cleaned up it was on the neighbours. supposed to have a delivery yesterday as discussed still haven’t received a delivery from you I need the materials to carry on that got damaged on my first delivery still haven’t received them not very happy with the service and will not be using you again please call me on (07929) 459646 if you would like to discuss further

Very disappointed with whole experience. I had purchased a tools kit from Amaroc on 28/12/2020. I didn't receive my delivery until 01/02/2021. I contacted customer services multiple times with nobody seeming to know where my goods were. Just seemed to pass the buck on to somebody else. Then when they finally found out where my items actually where, they had 'accidentally' had them delivered to a different country. Total shambles from start to finish!! Wouldn't recommend!!

Love the product but thought it was completely unnecessary to put two tubs and a bit of tape on a pallet that costs more than the product! This never used to be the case! The driver even cut it open because it was easier to deliver without the pallet

Hi Charles We are sorry you needed to leave a negative of how we transport the pro form for 2 boxes. We used to send out buckets of paints, topcoat & boxes of pro form in boxes via smaller couriers however it was becoming unsustainable due to the number of damages we were experiencing in transition. Whereas I do agree it is overkill for the amount on the actual pallet, but it really is the safest way at the moment to get the goods to you in one piece. We are in the process of having some drop tests done on new boxes to see if we can better protect these products from damages. It needs to be able to withstand a considerable drop as it travels through the automated systems the non-pallet companies now operate. Hopefully, the results from the drop test will come back in the next couple of days as we are also keen to send them via the smaller couriers again as it is cheaper for us all. I hope this gives you a better understanding as to why we send on a pallet and I'm glad you liked the product...
Order part delivered, and a month on still waiting for the issue to be sorted.

Been served quite badly, ordered 2 types of materials to be delivered, 1 within 2 days with extra delivery charge and the other within 7-8 days, 3 weeks later still without, rang about a refund with no avail
