“I have a good experience while ordering the rendering stuff from the website and the staff is also polite to speak with, unfortunately, the delivery lorry was not having any mechanism to put 60 bags pallet down so I had to pay some handyman at the last moment to empty the vehicle which was a bit of a pain.”

“The products were delivered in good time, unfortunately they were delivered to the wrong address and as such had to be transported across town at additional cost. Amaroc was informed via telephone and email however they didn't seem to be intrested”

“The product was as ordered and Amaroc provided details. The 'experience' was made poor by unreliable delivery by a carrier. After several chases it didnt arrive on the day promised Subsequent promises went met for 'early tomorrow' which meant 12.00am so we lost 2 days”

“Once the Oder was placed - I needed to chase up delivery. It was obscure as to when it might arrive. The actual courier was good, they called upfront and let me know they were coming. Although the window was between 8:30-6:30 pm.”

“Good site & products but try and get an invoice - massive fail. Ive asked three times for an invoice after making payment and yet to receive it. Ive been cut off several times when Ive rung and nobody rings back. Very poor on the accounts side.”

“Good prices and have most things only down side was the delivery was changed twice due to no stock then k rend not deilivering a item and I had to wait another few days”

“We ordered some material which was quite urgent and, after a few days and no communication about the order, I rang Amaroc to find out that one of the items was not in stock, had to be order to the factory in Ireland with 10 working days delivery time. The person on the phone was nice, competent and courteous however an important information as the 10 days delivery time should have been communicated a.s.a.p.”
