“I placed an order on 19 November. After receiving no updates for a full week, I contacted the company through their contact form on 26 November to request an update and stated that I wished to cancel the order if it had not been processed. Despite this, I received no response to my message. Then, on 1 December, I was unexpectedly notified that my order had been dispatched. At no point did the company acknowledge my previous communication or address my cancellation request. This lack of communication and the nearly three-week delay before dispatching my order is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this website unless you are prepared for long wait times and poor customer service.”

“Hands down the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. Paid for 2-day delivery, got it a week late. Not even to my address – dumped at a neighbour’s. The fuel pump was faulty straight out the box. Dead on arrival. Sent proof, did exactly what they asked, emailed their contact… nothing back. Total silence. This isn’t just bad service, it’s a scammy way of doing business. They’ll take your money, send rubbish parts, and then vanish when you need support. Avoid at all costs – don’t waste your money here. I would upload a video of me showing the faulty part, but the file is too large.”

“After waiting for almost a month, they sent me the wrong part without even checking with me first. I have requested for a refund over the phone, by email and online. They make a lot of empty promises and now they have gone dead and not responding to my request for return and refund. Luckily I bought this using a credit card, so I have filed a claim with credit card provider in the hope that they recover my money. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS DODGY so called business.”

“I ordered a subframe bolt for my car. around christmas it was very slow in arriving. It eventually arrived after I complained to paypal. It was the wrong size so I returned it as per AM Car Parts return policy they signed when they received it. Since which I have heard nothing despite e mailing them twice on the contact us part of their website. Their prevarication meant the complaint to paypal ran out of time. I am over £30 out of pocket. The service was dreadful and their returns policy bordering on the dishonest. Beware of there people. Ken Rowley”

“Honestly not very impressed ordered on the 12 September no communication for a week contacted customer service and was told my order was in transit, received an email on the 23 September saying order was in transit arrived next day with a FedEx label saying next day 24 hour delivery so I was clearly lied too, only used them as i thought shipping would have been quickly than my usual Autodoc, won't be using again”

“Dreadful. Delivery shown as 5-7 working days when I ordered. Economy delivery shown as 5-10 days in the T's & C's. Item eventually delivered after over a month. Checked on it regularly but only got vague answers.”
