Don't even answer the phone, so can't even get close to experiencing their customer service, I understand being busy, but you will loose alot of potential customers this way

Worst company I’ve ever bought parts from I cancelled an order as it was the wrong part for my car I cancelled it on the 8th They ignored that and despatched the part 6 days later even though we were in dispute on PayPal for a week prior to them despatching No way to get in touch as they don’t answer the phone and no reply from emails

Very poor service all round. Toatal lack of communication, when I called myself serveral times to get updates I was told completely made up information and was never given true information, I was NEVER once offered an apology and it took over 2wks from initial order for the part to arrive. Very doubtful I would ever use you again.

I ordered a subframe bolt for my car. around christmas it was very slow in arriving. It eventually arrived after I complained to paypal. It was the wrong size so I returned it as per AM Car Parts return policy they signed when they received it. Since which I have heard nothing despite e mailing them twice on the contact us part of their website. Their prevarication meant the complaint to paypal ran out of time. I am over £30 out of pocket. The service was dreadful and their returns policy bordering on the dishonest. Beware of there people. Ken Rowley

Honestly not very impressed ordered on the 12 September no communication for a week contacted customer service and was told my order was in transit, received an email on the 23 September saying order was in transit arrived next day with a FedEx label saying next day 24 hour delivery so I was clearly lied too, only used them as i thought shipping would have been quickly than my usual Autodoc, won't be using again

Dreadful. Delivery shown as 5-7 working days when I ordered. Economy delivery shown as 5-10 days in the T's & C's. Item eventually delivered after over a month. Checked on it regularly but only got vague answers.

I have emailed this company to tell them that they have sent the wrong part and I have had to source the correct part from elsewhere, I asked for a return address and a refund as yet over a week I have heard nothing from them, shall definitely not be using them again

Waited 2 weeks for an ‘in stock’ part to be posted and that was only after explaining i was going to source elsewhere if not posted. No explanation, not apology and when i chased it up 1 week in, i was told it would be posted next day which was a lie.

Easy to set up and quick response, but £126 for an indicator stalk for a CityRover is really insulting (to put it politely)... Will never bother with this site again, prices are extortionate.

Combined Stork Units involve with minimum 3 different parts, Indicator stalk, Wipe Stalk, Airbag clock spring (Round Squib) and the price we quoted you was for same 3 items. Ordered a space saver wheel by using their website, entering my registration number so they had the exact model supplying a 16" wheel when my car has 17" rims. When I rang them they claimed this was the only size available and I must have had specialist/aftermarket wheels for my car and only when pushed agreed to accept a return. On checking further with a main dealer I found out there is no space saver available only a full size steel for my model (a Subaru Outback 2.0D) and the 3.0L petrol version. The 16" was for a 2.5L so they shouldn't have supplied or even quoted. Refunded £90 of £102 I paid, factor in the cost of returning it (£23) it was an expensive way to find out they didn't know what they were talking about despite the claims of having access to main dealer information.

Also please note space saver wheels are not always with same sizes as actual wheels are, they may be 1 or 2 inches shorter then actual alloy wheel. You are absolutely free to return any item which you no longer needed or you change your mind after the order within the cretin time period, but in these circumstance it is entirely customer responsibility to return the item in same condition on their own expenses. In your case you instructed us to arrange the collection from you, which was deducted from your actual refund. We are sorry that you had a bad experience. I enquired of AM Car Parts about a part for my Skoda (specifying the actual part number) and was told they could source a used part for £48, delivered. I visited a Skoda dealer and they supplied a new part with the identical part number for £10.64 I feel insulted that they tried to pull a fast one the first time I used them.

Hi, I recently asked for a quote for a timing belt (2009 Mitsubishi Lancer) after waiting 24hours I was quotes £198:00 - Shock/horror! I took my car to a Mitsubishi main dealer who quoted me wait for it £22, I then got my car serviced (full 24 month service) timing belt changed and water pump too for less then I was quoted for a timing belt £189:00. I looked on eBay and found these belts for as little as £14:00. my advice shop around and avoid this site at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!
