“It took over a month for the parts to arrive, with no clear timeline of when the parts would get to us. When they did arrive they were the wrong parts, even though we were asked to reconfirm the part numbers. I'd recommend to shop elsewhere for any parts needed”

“Very bad experience avoid company all costs I give them 2 chances and both very long delivery times and both times was a problem false promises say they contacting you back and sort the problems out still no joy Even the delivery company they use say they are a bad company to deliver for. Don’t think they are cut out for deliveries.better to go collect if you are buying from this company not happy at all with their service.”

“The fuel pump had not even been emptied, let alone cleaned and as a consequence, fuel leaked out and contaminated other parcels. The driver had to re-package the pump in a plastic bag. Also the wires had been cut off very close to the pump body, making re-soldering difficult. I was tempted to return the item but decided the hassle of doing that was worse than the hassle of using it. And it was only £40 cheaper than a new one!! Paul Blight”

“I ordered two items on separate occasions. The first was a cv joint for the propshaft for a BMW 535i using correct part no. - the piece I received though didn't fit and a local dealer informed me the part was from a 7 series not a 5 series. I returned the item and sent an email asking for a partial refund. Unfortunately I have heard nothing since!”

“Easy enough to register & use but unfortunately only one quote came back & at £84 it was far from competitive - more local breakers (even if having to ship in from another branch) offering an alternator at £40 & £45 & another site like this one had come up with £55 so I wont be buying”

“I can not fault the help I was given from the personnel at AM car parts it was first class. It would help if there courier could deliver the item in a reasonable time the tracking said it would arrive on 16/1/15 but still on a county tour. That is why I have given a poor rating, and still waiting for parcel to arrive19/1/15 JM”
