“Quick delivery great part great price”

“Took over a week to get my parts but if you call them and ask before making the purchase they will tell you how long it will be, sometimes they have it in stock and some times you have to wait a while. I will not hesitate to use AM car parts in the near future. Besides you cannot beat the prices on the top quality goods, so I don't mind waiting longer than normal if need be. Thank you Jeremy Kemp”

“Lead times much longer than indicated when purchase. I tried to contact to get quicker delivery (at my cost) no response. I have now asked to cancel order (not shipped still, nearly 5 working days after order). No response as yet. I have ordered from elsewhere and fitted item and at a lower cost.”

“An identical part was ordered from eastern europe 5 days later - 50% cheaper and took 5 days less to arrive. AM car Parts - just be honest about delivery times instead of lying about being IN STOCK in london. Delivery from Poland took well over your repeated estimate. 5/10 days does NOT equate to 21 days actual delivery time. Who made the delivery? I had no choice of The logistics. * How many days did the delivery take? 20 days from order. *”

“I ordered a part and I cancelled the order and gave them a message . They did not reply until they sent the item .which I asked them not to do . Anyway after that I tried returning the product and there reply time is honestly appalling.”

“Ordered an alternator from AM Car Parts on 27 April 2026 after being told the item was in stock and delivery would be within 5–10 working days (possibly sooner due to their dispatch schedule). By working day 11, the part had still not arrived. On 11 May I received an email stating the item had been “shipped” with delivery due the following day. However, FedEx confirmed they had not actually received the parcel from the seller. Communication became very difficult, with repeated failed attempts to contact customer service by phone. Unfortunately this left me without use of my vehicle while waiting for an essential component that had been represented as in stock and dispatched. I subsequently requested cancellation and refund due to non-delivery, but at the time of writing have received no response to that request. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on the company’s stated stock availability, dispatch notifications or quoted delivery timeframes”
