“I placed an order on 19 November. After receiving no updates for a full week, I contacted the company through their contact form on 26 November to request an update and stated that I wished to cancel the order if it had not been processed. Despite this, I received no response to my message. Then, on 1 December, I was unexpectedly notified that my order had been dispatched. At no point did the company acknowledge my previous communication or address my cancellation request. This lack of communication and the nearly three-week delay before dispatching my order is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this website unless you are prepared for long wait times and poor customer service.”
