Having investigated your complaint the sales agent has confirmed on the second call with your partner to check with your insurer whether you are still covered before you paid for the policy. We have also approached the insurer to ask about a refund given that you have not used the cover and they have refused to do so but we did advise at point of sale that this was a non-refundable policy. We are sincerely sorry to hear of your situation but have tried to help as best we can.
