“I have found this company extremely helpful, polite and very responsive to all my questions. I arrange a group ski holiday every year so to find a company who has almost taken away all the stress has been great. We are all looking forward to the holiday. “I gave Matt the enquiry for a large group of 25 people to find a chalet with hot tub or swimming pool. He did exactly that.. Matt took the time to do all the leg work and come back with a detailed list of options to suit our needs. It was a pleasure to book through Alpenglow! Thank you and see you next year!”

“I found the live chat very helpful, meaning we could get answers to our questions immediately. Matt was also very knowledgeable about the other areas of our holiday, such as transfers to and from the airport, pointing us to useful websites. All in all, a very smooth, easy way to book.”

“This is the first time I have booked with Alpenglow but it won't be the last. Matt was extremely helpful looking at numerous options and answering all of my questions through out the booking process, because we are a group of five it was quite a drawn out process throughout the weekend as I had to keep the other members of the group informed of the different options but he answered any queries they had promptly. Very happy.”

“Matt was a delight to deal with - he made himself readily available and was very accommodating to our changing plans. Very smooth booking process and good knowledge of resorts and practicalities. A real plus was Matt's respect for our preferences - we've all been with companies who offer you locations you don't want or prices way above your budget. This did not happen with alpenglow and i was very impressed with their professionalism throughout. Thank you for a great holiday!”
