“You have an event. You plan for it. You send in your order in plenty of time according to their website. The shirts are GUARENTEED to be delivered weeks before your event. Day of delivery passes...no response. Day later, email telling of production delays with no new date of delivery. 3 calls made over the next week. I am informed each time that they are sending an email to the production team and will contact me when they receive word. Each time I call, they say they have no information of previous call. Now, I'm days from said event instead of weeks and they are still not dealing with the issues they have created. Please, if you want your event to have a t-shirt, stay away from this company. They are not worth it.”

“Why does the total come up to $246 for 9 t-shirts when each t-shirt is supposed to be $8.80? Why mislead customers and trick customers about the price? i need a refund asap!!!”

“I tried to order with Pay-Pal. After selecting Pay-Pal. On the confirm order page the "Next" button is hidden in a light grey color and only showed up when I accidentally scrolled the mouse over it. After much frustration I almost cancelled my order and went with another vendor. A customer shouldn't shouldn't have to search to find the "Next" or "Continue" button. If I had trouble finding it; others had trouble finding it.”

“Extremely poor quality shirt!! I paid nearly 50 dollars for a long sleeve men's shirt (not a sweatshirt) that came fitting more like a Medium than the large I ordered. Fabric was stiff and scratchy - horrible. If you're looking for a good quality shirt, don't shop here.”

“I prepared this order back on 12/1, I went through the paypal portal and the next screen looks like a completed order confirmation. Now I see it was a page asking for additional confirmation (with a barely visible light grey "Confirm" button. So my order was never actually placed. I only just checked on it because I hadn't gotten delivery and wondered why I didn't have a confirmation e-mail in my history.”

“The shirts are nice but they weren’t how I ordered them, there missing the lettering on the chest. I’ve tried to contact company multiple times with no avail. It’s been a few months now and no contact please contact me to rectify”

“I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt to cheer up pts at the hospital. Received an email a week later saying we canceled your order. They didn’t tell me why….not able to order another in time since they’d promised to deliver it by December 12”
