I have been waiting for my package for almost 2 weeks and I can't get through to the company

I don't leave reviews as a rule. If someone does a great job, that should be expected and you should not need reviews for doing what is expected. But for this company, there should be a way to give them less than one star. Their leadership is so bad that none of them care about customer service. I ordered my shirts in plenty of time to arrive to me so I could send what I needed to my event in Las Vegas. I received an email stating they could not use the artwork I sent. I called them and within 5 minutes, they had 3 versions of the same art and all was good? No. I received another email with a new date of arrival that would make the delivery late for me to receive the shirts and turn around and get to my event. So, I called and asked them to ship to my event in Las Vegas. They told me I would have to cancel the order and place a new order which would start the entire process over and put me at the end of the line. They told me that I could contact UPS and change the address, and of course, since I am not the “shipper” I can’t do that and that the request must come from them. So we worked it out that once the shipping label was created, because they would not just ship to where the shirts needed to go, they would call UPS to change the address. Then I get another email that their production department is having issues and that the order would be delayed, then another email that was a shipping confirmation that shows the order being sent to the original address but when you click the tracking link, it shows the order going to Vegas but the arrival date is 5 days after the event and no one will be there to receive the order. I ordered 13 t-shirts for a nonprofit event, but received an email saying that a part of the order had been cancelled. I wasn't given any details about why or what was cancelled other than I had been reimbursed. When I called, I was informed that they were out of stock in small. When I asked if that one shirt (that was a small) could be changed to a medium instead, I was told that I needed to order again. I mentioned that I had paid for the Rush shipping because we're on a time crunch and if that "new order" could be credited with that because I hadn't been informed during the buying process that they were out of stock, The guy told me no and I had to pay an additional Rush shipping just to make sure all the shirts arrived in time for the event. He didn't even attempt to help us out. I doubt I will use this company again.

I ended up paying for the sales tax because it took too long to get the sales tax removed. This needs to be worked on. For a small business our time and money is precious.

Good evening, Your company advertised that it was a $2.95 shirt, then you add on $13 in shipping.... that's some shady advertising. I'm only continuing with the purchase because I need the shirt for work, but I would absolutely not tell anyone to buy a shirt from your company after being essentially lied to. Good marketing tool, you got me to spend money on your company simply because I don't feel like re-designing it elsewhere. It's legit fucked up to do to people. Very unethical honestly. You're getting a poor review because you have asked for a review, and FORCED ME to give a review before you have even fulfilled the order. This should be a follow-up AFTER an order is delivered, otherwise you're really just looking for dishonest reviews.

Disgraceful service - emailed me 4 days before they were due to arrive to inform me they would delivered 1 week late, which was useless to me. After telling them to either upgrade me to rush shipping (at their cost) or refund me in full, they STILL shipped them with ground shipping and completely ignored my emails. Now attempting to get my money back through a credit charge chargeback. AVOID.
