“Only option for any questions or concerns is an off shore customer service number. "Sorry, we can't do that" was a standard response (in a hard to understand accent), was the most common answer. When asked for a US Sales Dept (and you know they have one) again, "Sorry we can't do that". Therefore, a large order cancelled. They are not the only supplier out there!”

“Our logo has a very subtle light grey shadow but the printing on the T-shirts was a large black contour that completely denatured our logo. I did a different size between adults and kids T-shirts (to differentiate who is a student and who is staff): it was all the same in the T-shirts I received. And the size of the logo was way too big compared to my order, and we wouldn't see it fully if worn. Despite clear problems on their side, I didn't receive a total refund on a 2k order. Just 50%.”

“Your website used to be very easy to maneuver and this so called "new" process is ridiculous. You break up each size and color into individual purchases, priced separately, yet I'm buying hundreds of shirts and getting squat for the quantity. In addition, if I change one thing on the quantity section, instead of simply updating that quantity, you create an entirely new line item, which sometimes duplicates the original order, minus the change. I've been a customer of yours for several years and routinely purchase hundreds of shirts every year, and this has BY FAR been the most frustrating. I even thought about not buying at all. If my next experience is anything like this last go around, I'll look elsewhere.”
