“This is the third time I've tried to place this order. Two prior times Allied cancelled it because of a "glitch" but went ahead and charged my credit card to the tune of over $650! I'm crossing my fingers and trying again. They say I'll get my money back from the two previous attempts but I haven't seen anything yet. Meanwhile, I have to pay at least one of the charges while waiting for the refunds to post. I think they should have offered me some compensation for my trouble but nada, zip, zilch, nothing..... “wow. where to begin. to design, the centering of images was off. to reposition images resulted in no movement or opposite direction. to put an image and text in the design area resulted in overlay. moving the text box was ineffective, no movement or opposite direction. the text scaling was awkward. then I saved it, not putting the design in the cart. I lost the finished product twice. by the third time starting over, I got pretty good at it. so ... it's paid for. it's 08/16/25. let's see how long this takes too completion.”
“Ad very misleading. I thought shirts were $2.95 each but it's only the first shirt. that is $2.95. I ordered a dozen shirts and I wasted a lot of time redoing the design thinking I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong shirt. Then I wasted more time calling and being on hold. Yes, it does say $2.95 for the first shirt only but I bet I'm not the only person to glance at it and think the price is for your whole order. Very sketchy. It's for my sister's last day of chemo celebration so I got the shirts anyway but I wasn't happy about being misled.”
“We were established customers, but won't be ordering from Allied anymore. Their pricing is deceptive, doubling the price, then giving a 50% discount is not a deal. (I can order an embroidered polo shirt from Lands End cheaper than one of Allied's tshirts with the logo on the front and back. I am not joking.) I placed a small order, a dozen shirts total, with two different types of shirts (4 female v-neck, and 8 unisex). They canceled the order because the shirts were out of stock. I believed this at first, until the customer service rep said that normally they remove out of stock tshirts from their website, but due to the size of my order, they are unable to fill it. I asked if it was just the female shirts, or the unisex shirts. He said both. So my order of 12 shirts completely depleted two of their shirt selections? I do not believe this to be true.”
“I am very saddened by the increase in prices. Last year I was able to order 24 youth -shirts, and 2 adult t-shirts for $420. This year just 23 youth t-shirts cost me $460. I have bought shirts from you for over 10 years. I understand that prices will go up but this is a HUGE jump and this will probably be my last time ordering from you. I can't afford that price increase. It makes me very sad because this is one of my favorite projects that I do with my class.”
