I placed another order and customer service was unable to honor original pricing, so I paid over $100 extra for Allied Shirts not delivering my original order.”

For example when I tried to order a black T-shirt, the text on front was gray, the text on back was white, and the icon I wanted on the back was shown in black. When I tried switching T-shirt color to white, the text on front was gray, the text on back was unreadable in white, and the icon was black. I ended up ordering in a white t shirt to ensure that at least I got gray text on front and a black icon on back. Are you sure, though, that the system isn't messed up and the colors should adjust to the T-shirt color?”

“I don't find a Comments field anywhere, which has been a constant problem when I've ordered from Allied in the past. When I place the imprint art for the left chest, it can only be sized visually. No way to know what the size will actually be, and each time I've previously ordered from you, the imprinting comes back in wildly different sizes. In my case, I need that left chest imprint to be a 4 inch diameter. I find no way to specify this. I'll have to call you and hope this can be noted on my order.”
“If you don't ship to PO Boxes, not a big deal but maybe say that up front. Other sites inform buyer at purchase and stop the order from going through. We don't generally ship to our house because the mailbox is on a highway and we worry packages may go missing. Now we've had to re-order and use expedited shipping. Haven't seen the shirt yet, so this is not a review on product quality”

“Slow response via email. First I was told the image's colors were too light. So I replied with an improved image a couple weeks ago, asking if it would work, still no response. Also, the only way to review the order is with an order number, but I never got an email confirmation with the number. Finally, someone emailed it to me, and said I'd have to cancel the order and recreate it, since it was to be mailed to a PO box. But looking up the order by # gives no way to cancel!”
