“They never tell the truth about shipping. I ordered shirts June 30. The shirts never arrived by July 12 which they confirmed. They told me it was a shipping issue. We have to reprint the shirts. Then it takes another two weeks. I called back and they say it was returned again because of the address. I thought they were joking. They weren't. They said they have to reprint and send them again. I called back for the 3rd time on July 31 and guess what they said, it was returned; shipping issue. They have to reprint them... WHAT? Never ever ever order from this company if it really is one. A baby was crying while I was talking to the customer representative in the background. UNPROFESSIONAL at best. The package never arrived of course because I had to cancel after a month and they still couldn't get my package shipped.”

“Your website pricing is terrible. You quote one price when designing and another at checkout. It's misleading and confusing. Terrible way to do business. I just hope your quality is good. Fingers crossed.”

“Site is difficult and not intuitive to use. Cannot get to cart from design page. Prices keep changing within the same type/size/color of shirt. Seems kind of crooked to me.”

“The first customer service did not help at all and switched me to a number that did answer. I called back and got Virgina and she was helpful. The first one did not know her job.”

“Your Payment system was a nightmare. It took me ten tries to pay. You wouldn't accept any credit card. Kept getting a 500 internal server error. Had to use Paypal, with the same credit card and couldn't get it to do the correct billing address versus shipping address. If I didn't want the shirts so much I would have given up long ago.”

“Your pricing structure is inconsistent and confusing, which doesn't inspire confidence or trust in your company. There was no promotional information on your site when I initially created my design and saved it. However, 24 hours later, when you started a promotional event and emailed me about it, my price unexpectedly increased by an additional five dollars per shirt. When I re-created it from scratch, the price decreased, but not to its original value prior to the promotion. If I were not in a rush, I would have already switched to another company.”

“your website is among the most frustrating websites I've had the misfortune of using. It wouldn't allow me to add clipart from your own library necessitating a call to your customer service department who had to add the clipart and send it to me via email. Secondly, I can't get the shirt for several weeks?! Amazon sends stuff across the country in 2 or 3 days. In this day and age your shipping time is way too long.”
