“Terrible trying to put text on front and picture on back! Site would not let me go to back of shirt. Tried 10 times over 10 days. Used desktop computer. Then tried on phone and got it after 1 hour then woul not take my credit card and kept changing correct numbers I entered. OMG! I tried one more time and supposedly it went through. Will not use this site ever again !”

“I could not get the text on the front of the shirt centered up toward the neckline. it automatically moved down to the middle part of the shirt. I could not get the back of the shirt to come up to put my picture on the back. I did get it to come up one time and when i went to download the picture it sent it to the front. i tried 10 times and maybe i try one more time because i needed it before march 25 th before my new great grandsons birthday. i ordered one shirt over 2 weeks ago and trying to track it.”

“Extremely disappointed in how just after a two washings the print on our sweatshirts began degrading, cracking and missing pieces. I sent photos to Truitt Adams. I am only ordering these 10 now to because we need them. However, we expect a resolution on the poor quality printed shirts. We will be submitting a large T-shirt order soon, but are planning to order locally for better quality control.”

“I placed an order for team shirts and paid extra for express shipping. Days later I get an email saying that half of the sizes were now out of stock and have been refunded and the rest of the order was already being processed. What good is it to have shirts for only half my team that I now won't be able to match? The customer service rep was absolutely of no help and said its how the system is. She couldn't help at all. I had to ask her to refund the shipping costs for the shirts that were cancelled! She said there may be a survey at the end of my call, and conveniently there was not. Stay away.”

“I ordered sweatshirts to promote my business. Once the product was received the logos were very pixelated. I contacted their customer support and sent photos. In a nutshell, they would not correct the issues. So I went with it. After several washes the logos began to break apart and fade away. Several of the shirts are not even legible any longer. Not happy with the product and I will never order from them again. I have attached a few pics. The 1st shirt on the left has never been washed yet and the others have been, and are all less than 1 yr old”
