I paid extra to have this shirt delivered before I left for England but it was late coming. The purpose of it was for my trip so it was a waste of my money.

I'm sorely disappointed in the T-shirts that were made for us. After just one washing the printed on logo of our company is peeling and looks like it's 10 years old. Never again.

I made an order last week and had a guaranteed delivery date of June 7, 2022. About 15 minutes after the transaction, I got a notification from my bank that the transaction was cancelled. I immediately called your company the next morning, but the lady I talked to assured me that my order was being processed and was not cancelled. I then get an email at 9:54pm!!!! Telling me that my order was cancelled and that to get my order, I would have to replace my order. But then you guys try to console me with a "55% off" VIP offer. Well I just put in the order and it only took off 25%. I had to find an old email that actually gave me 55% off. I need these shirts by June 10th. You guys have messed up 3 of my orders in the last year and it's really upsetting. The only reason I keep coming back is because I can't find another company that will give me the image as large as you guys. I really hope that you can get your systems and processes together because they don't work well. Another example.... last year, you guys sent me blank shirts. How many hands did that order have to go through to make sure the order was complete because it is absolutely ridiculous that I received blank shirts. I hope that you will rectify my current situation and compensate me properly for this order.

Still waiting for reply on refund for poorly printed shirts. I think they were low on ink when they made mine. T shirt color bleeds through the image.

I just received my order of a custom shirt. The colors are completely faded and the T-shirt is made of rough material. This t-shirt cost $45. I am extremely disappointed.

Hello there. I've ordered product from Allied in the past. The website is a bit clunky and you cannot create an account, which makes reordering a major hassle. Have to redesign it every time and you can forget the shirt type, blend etc. Their prices are very competitive, but the service quality by far offsets that. The last time I needed to restock on my company t shirts, I again had to redesign them because they don't save the design I guess, and they sent me a message about a week later, after confirmations it was being delivered, that they could not fulfill the order and send me a refund. That was that. I moved onto another provider who has everything I just complained about above.

This is the second review I am writing for the defective t shirts that I was sent by Allied Shirts. I have received NO response from the first review or my emails! I have tried to call your toll free number which is apparently fake since I only get a recording telling me so. I was happy with the price until I actually received the shirts and washed them a single time, following the washing instructions on the shirt label to the letter, only to find that the printing was significantly disintegrated. Obviously this is unacceptable and I would like these shirts replaced! I intend to order many shirts in the future and would still like to buy from your company if you demonstrate that you are truly interested in making this right. Please respond as soon as possible.

Cut off logo and only refunded half. Logo did not hold up to first wash in cold water. Another order was wrong color shirts.

This was the worst experience. I needed to get this sweater made quickly. I wasn't able to get a tracking number. This one item took over 2 weeks to receive it. I was disappointed in the letters, in person it looks worse. Please find a local business when it comes to this type of printing. Seeing it made in person is worth it. Waiting on 1 item especially for how expensive just one sweater was it is not worth it. I'll never order from this site again.

I ordered 2 different color shirts. And since there is no way to see what size you made the logo other than eyeballing it. I ordered my shirts with 2 different size logo’s. I called right after placing my order to fix the problem. I paid for faster delivery, still no shirts. When I called to ask what’s going on, they blamed me for making the logo 2 different sizes……really? Then put a size on your website so it doesn’t leave the customer wondering if he blew it up exactly the same for both color shirts. Don’t blame the customer when you have no sizes shown for the logo. Now I know, don’t order different colored shirts.

My email is blowing up with solicitations to buy from Allied, but I am still waiting for an order from early March that I found out today has still not heen put into production. I was told last week it would be completed and today still nothing. Waiting for call back to tell what the isfue is.

Took over a month to receive my items and every that went by, I get emails that they couldn’t fulfill my order twice. Waste of time. Plus the hoodie I got was poorly made. The logo is already coming off after one wash. Buy from somewhere else.

Horrible experience with allied shirts. At first I was told over the phone that a separate tshirt would be run with the discount price I got for the original 26 shirts. The agent accidently hung up (it happens) but never called back. when I called back I was told you couldn't do that and that I would have to completely create a new order on my own. Not only that, but I had to be charged full price. I basically called one day after I put in my first order. Never using Allied shirts again.
