“This is the third year we have hired a coach from Allenby to take our runners to Portsmouth for the Great South Run. Each time they have displayed the same high standard of customer care during the booking process, sent a skilled, safe and courteous driver to convey us and have been flexible to accommodate our needs. “Allenby Coach Hire Dear Sirs We would like to very much thank you and your drivers for the service provided to us for getting guests to and from our wedding on Tuesday 27 October. The services were provided on time and the coaches were in excellent condition. We particulary thank the drivers for being friendly and communicative, as well as doing everything they could to ensure the guests were happy and provided for. “The team at Allenby were great from start to finish. They offered a great booking service, even taking in to account specific requests from our group for the journey we booked. The coach arrived with great time to pick us up and was ready for us on the return. The driver, Charlie, was extremely patient with our group (bearing in mind is was quite a rowdy bunch out for a friends 30th party), not complaining about the noise or having to wait for everyone to arrive back at the bus of the return journey. He even went out of his way to ensure we all made it home o.k. Absolute hero! I can't fault the service at all and highly recommend Allenby for any coach trips. I would gladly book with them again - if they would have us! :) Thanks again to you all.”

“We have used Allenby Coaches for many years and always found them extremely helpful, punctual, excellent drivers and would thoroughly recommended them, as we have already to other organisations. The office staff also are very good. Our only request would be to have a stool to assist with alighting.”

“I am Group Leader for a group of people suffering Macular Degeneration. Not only is sight a problem, most are elderly. Getting into and off a coach is a trial. I have booked Allenby Coaches twice now, and each time the coach has been excellent, the driver Dave brilliant, nothing too much trouble for him. The journey enjoyable, unexpected comfort stops no trouble. I highly recommend them. Administration dealings easy and excellent.”

“I have been using Allenby Coaches for over 10 years - and I wouldn't if I had not been satisfied! Every part of the process is co-operative, professional and friendly. The drivers are all very co- operative, are smartly turned out and work with you to make the day or the longer journeys successful. Don't hesitate to use Allenby.”

“Excellent service. Hired a minibus for my daughter's 9th birthday. The minibus arrived early, the driver friendly and helpful and the minibus very clean. We arrived back to the meeting point early and the driver offered to wait with us, allowing all the girls to stay on board until the last parent arrived to pick up. Price competitive compared with other local companies. Would definitely use Allenby again.”

“Excellent Customer service and Excellent comfort. The Minibus arrived on time and delivered us to the door of the venue and was waiting for us when we finished. The seats were really comfortable and the driver very friendly, I would not hesitate in recommending them. The process from enquiry to hire to payment was effortless.”

“My E/mail of 8th October refers:- Dear Linda/John; Just a quick ‘note’ to acknowledge with appreciation every aspect of your assistance and service in connection with our Outing to Salisbury yesterday. The late switch to a 16 Seater was hugely helpful financially, and a great success ‘comfort-wise’, with numerous favourable comments from our Group (many of whom had, I think, been expecting a glorified Mini-Cab!!). And driver Geoff did us proud in terms of travel timings, comfort-breaks, and totally drama-free and comfortable outward and return journeys. MANY thanks, on behalf of us all. “Arrived on time, nice comfortable seats. Chatty, friendly driver. Easy booking & payment process. Would use again. Only negative comment .. the coach smelt strongly of cigarette smoke when we returned to it each time.”

“I have used Allenby Coach Hire over a period, say, of 20 years. They are a very professional company, who give a very good service. Their pick-up times are accurate and the drivers are very helpful and polite. The coaches are modern and very comfortable.
