“You will not regret using Allenby Coach Hire. The service was brilliant from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. They were prompt for pick up and communication was excellent in the lead up. We used Allenby to take a group of our wedding guests from Kent back to London. They made multiple stops even though it was meant to be a direct trip to help our guests out. The drivers were friendly and professional. We couldn't recommend them more.”

“Absolutely brilliant service. Our driver Bernard was so helpful and accommodating, he was on time, efficient and the journey was very comfortable. “We used Allenby Coach Hire for our recent cricket tour of england and were thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. The booking process was clear and efficient, with prompt communication and flexibility to accommodate our evolving itinerary. Our driver was punctual, professional, and great company throughout the tour. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The coach itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our group size, with plenty of space for both passengers and kit. Having organised several tours in the past, I can confidently say Allenby stands out for its reliability and personal touch. Highly recommended for any sporting or group travel needs. “I recently used Allenby for a group outing. From start to finish the service couldn't be faulted. Booking was easy, efficient and friendly with confirmation emails arriving immediately. The driver (known in advance) was helpful and friendly, accommodating, all our needs readily. The minibus was air-conditioned and extremely comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Allenby Coach Hire.”

“The hire was for a hen party to take us to a brunch in London City, the day before our venue was changed to a closer one south of the river so should have arrived 15 minutes earlier. Unfortunately the driver seemed to take us on a long route and then was unsure where the venue was and got a bit lost (although he didn't tell us that but we went round in a circle twice). We ended up being 15 minutes late for the brunch for which we only had 90 mins free drinks so we'd already missed some time. We also asked for some party music to which a playlist of depressing songs was put on and when we asked if we could change it he just put it on a random radio station which wasn't much better, the driver was not very engaging (we waited until he was stopped in traffic to speak to him).”

Thank you for taking time to post a review We have requested a meeting with the driver to understand the circumstances as to your comments as we pride ourselves on our customer service. With regards to the music played, we are only able to play available radio stations as we do not hold a broadcast licence, so the driver is limited in his selection

“Such a quick reply to our enquiry, great price in comparison to nearby services. Very accomodating to our group - we had one member who arrived late and they went back to get him! Couldn't fault them at all. Brilliant and will use again.”

“We had to change our plans on the day and do a slight detour. The office and the driver were very helpful and agreed to do the detour without any hesitation. The coach was very comfortable and cool, which was needed as it was a very hot day. Many thanks to the office staff and Duane our driver.”

“Lovely people to deal with. Very quick confirmation of booking and regular emails to keep me up to date. Coach arrived on time after the driver rang ahead to advise he was on his way. Pick up a bit of an issue as the road was closed to the pick up point. Driver gave directions to where he was waiting. Would definitely use this company again.”
