“Very helpful advice from Georgia in the shop. I bought a 2nd hand Yamaha keyboard, stand and stool, and delivery was arranged quickly. It's exactly what I wanted so very pleased, but good to know it has aGI 2- year guarantee just in case.”

“Allegro Music gave me a very good part-exchange price for my Tyros 5, Chris delivered my new Genos 2 on time and set it up for me. I must say I have found the Genos 2 sound is very good especially the organ voices. But actually creating new styles and managing “Playlist” far more complex than Tyros 5. Ben is very helpful so I’ll be picking his brains sometime soon. Overall, Genos 2 is a vast improvement over Tyros 5. Ian Boder.”

“I bought a yamaha keyboard from Allegro and love it. It is perfect for me. The advice that I was given in the shop about different keyboards was very good and helped me to decide which one to buy. I am very pleased that a stand, stool, pedal and headphones were included in the price too.”

“I ordered my Genos 2 towards the end of December with an excellent and generous part exchange allowance for my exisiting Genos 1. It could only happen to me (you could not make this up!) that I ended up visiting our local hospital on new years eve day with a severe ear infection in both ears where most of my useful hearing was absent with itnitus! This also made the sounds of my existing Genos 1 sound very strange. The doctor said that while my heading would probably return, there was no gurantee if it would or to what degree. I had to contact Ben to explain the circumstances and he soon replied that he would freeze my account including the genrous part ex, as long as required and in the worst case, give me a full refund and cancel my order. Well, me hearing did fully recover after acouple of weeks, so I was able to proceed with my order. Even though the part ex value had fallen, Ben still allowed my orgional full amount in part ex. I even had a recent staff delivery even living 200 miles away in North Yorkshire! My thanks to Chris who had a long drive! Also thanks to Ben for quickly resolving my unusual issue. Great service, and I am more than happy to recomend Allegro music for thier musical instument needs. Rod, Harrogate.”

“Ben Well mannered was very helpful and did all he could to help get me a Geno 1 the price was a bargain. and came as ordered with a free flash stick loaded with Yamaha goodies.. I will be using this company again 100% friendly service. the Genos 1 was in good condition and extra speakers I ordered are a Fantastic sound all the function and menus are so easy to use. I would recommend this shop Allegro Music 100% for fast and friendly service ;D Thank you so much guys and the very best of luck with sales.. kind regard from Mark Peterborough PE2 8QZ”

“Allegro were so helpful I decided to get back into music having not played a note in almost 30 years I was given advice on what was available within my budget As I live in Lincolnshire they even drove all the way up here to deliver it and arrived early Excellent service from extremely friendly helpful and professional staff definitely award them 100% Thank you Allegro”
